The Howdy Retreat is a 2400 sq/ft uniquely designed & decorated home in Aggieland designed for family-friendly and group entertainment. The home includes a covered 2-car garage, a private driveway, and free street parking.

This retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, and beds to comfortably accommodate 12 to 16 guests. With 2 indoor living spaces and a sprawling backyard, there is plenty of room to gather.

The garage also serves as a gathering spot with a 4-seater bar-height table and a Ping-Pong table.
