This adorable house is a modern industrial style with a little whimsy added. It's cozy and relaxed feel is very inviting. It is located in the heart of Texas A&M Aggieland in College Station, Texas. It is the perfect location in walking distance of Kyle Field for all those Aggie football, baseball & Basketball games. Also conveniently located to several popular dining spots. Great location for a game day weekend. We were able to walk to the stadium. Only downside was that it is close to the road/train. That really didn’t bother us much though. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful clean home and great location in spite of being on a busy street and across from railroad tracks. The schedule of the trains did not interfere with our sleeping or enjoyment of home. The location of the house was great which provided such an easy access to and from the Texas A&M campus. The main downside were the neighbors who played loud music into the early morning hours. Would probably stay at this VRBO again with ear plugs in tow.

Apartment Move-In Day
We stayed the night to help my daughter move into her apartment for the Fall semester. We LOVED this location. Wellborn is always busy but if you take the side streets you are good. Clean, cute, with a Master Suite in the back that is really nice. I love the upgrades with the open ceiling. Getting in was easy, instructions when closing up are clear. I would totally stay here again. GREAT location for tailgating. You really can walk to the stadium, and pass all the tailgates along the way!

My daughter and I were in town from out of state for her new student conference. This house was not only in the perfect location, but it was adorable and excellent for the two of us. Only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We plan to book here again if it’s available during future visits.

Excellent location, the size of the house is deceptive from the front - plenty of room for our party of 4. There was an issue at check-in, but owner was communicative about it and worked to find a solution that would work for both of us. There was a small issue with cleanliness, but I gave it 5 stars overall because we would choose to stay here again.

Quick trip!
We came in just for one night to look at places for our incoming freshman to live off campus. The house is just as it says and had plenty of room for all 5 of us. It was a little musky throughout and the ceiling in the living room is interesting for sure. It was fairly clean minus a few dead bugs and the backyard is great for pets! If you are a light sleeper be sure to bring ear plugs or a noise machine as it is close to a busy main road and the train tracks - train runs at night too but doesn’t blow its horn. Master bed sinks in the middle so for two people it was a little uncomfortable.
