"Not suitable for under 5's as many stairways and open banisters. Well supplied linen but rooms could have been cleaner. The electrical appliances supplied were not always compatible with the sockets. Many light bulbs not working. Many window mosquito nets missing or broken. The pool was lovely and was regularly cleaned. The owner was very easy to contact and always replied very promptly."

"Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! "Sehr schön eingerichtetes, großzügiges Haus mit tollen alten Möbeln. Alles, was man braucht, ist da. Die Landschaft ist ebenfalls sehr schön, vom Pool hat man einen tollen Blick. Salsomaggiore ist ein hübsches Städtchen. Einziges Manko ist der unbefestigte Weg zum Haus, den man aber mit etwas Übung bewältigen kann."

"Property was beautiful and more than sufficent for a large family. It was clean and has most of what you would need for a relaxing stay. The various locations from the house to the patio to the pool and garden allowed for a new setting every day. It is a wonderful place to rest, relax, and get away from it all."
