We were blessed with great weather and this allowed us to enjoy the pool, sunbeds and shade for the whole week. The house has high quality fittings and is very well cared for and maintained. "The view from Villa Carolin is amazing and we lived on the terrace! The property worked well for the four of us as we wanted a bedroom each. Felt it should be clearer in the listing that the two floors are not connected and only accessed from the outside. A small microwave would have been an advantage. Rolf and Sarah were brilliant at communicating with us, before and during our stay."

There was ample private parking space and the facilities were good, the location near the local village was excellent for walking, shopping and that lovely morning Italian coffee. Si trova all'inizio di Sarnico, in appena 10 minuti a piedi arrivavo nel centro storico, ero convinta che avrei dovuto prendere la macchina invece anche i servizi e supermercato CONAD si possono raggiungere a piedi. La casa si trova in un piccolo borgo,da come ho capito e' stata appena ristrutturata, e' studiata in ogni particolare con arredi di qualita' ma soprattutto funzionale e molto pulita,la migliore tra quelle che ho...

"Eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist was für Wanderer. Die Ferienanlage istin die Jahre gekommen. Zugang zum See nur über etliche Stufen mit Rollstuhl, Kinderwagen ist das nichts. Auch mit einem Sub ist der Weg beschwerlich. Leider nicht ohne Schuhe im See, weil sehr spitze Steine. Keinerlei Liegen oder Sonnenschirme am Pool. Alles in allem ein schöner Ort, wenn man seine Ruhe möchte. "

"Le lac d’Iseo et ses îles propose un paysage absolument magnifique. Le logement d’Andrea, situé dans une belle propriété familiale, propose une vue magnifique. Il a beaucoup de charme, dispose d’une tres grande terrasse avec vue. Le réveil avec vue panoramique sur le lac est génial! Andréa a été tres réactif dans les échanges avant notre arrivée et adorable avec nous lors de notre séjour."

The only thing I didn’t care for was asking for an additional cash payment at check in for “sheets and towels” which the host said were not included. "Top Lage am Gardasee mit direkten Zugang zum See. Poolanlage ist gut gepflegt. Restaurant ist gut, es hat geschmeckt und die Preise sind angemessen. Abzug bei Betten: wir hatten ein Mobile Home, Betten sind ganz schön durchgelegen. Wir waren weiter oben in der Reihe der Campinganlage angesiedelt und dort war so gut wie gar kein WLAN. Das kleine Animationsteam versucht mit wenigen Mitteln die Kinder zu bespaßen."

"Absolutely lovely property tucked away in the hilltops of Gardone Riviera. Car is essential but the drive up to the property is really enjoyable! Katia & Alberto were wonderful hosts and took the time to settle us into the apartment and spent time telling us about the local area, places to visit etc. They were on hand if we needed anything during our stay. The property itself was clean and well equipped. No AC but we got a lovely breeze opening the windows. The photos do not do it justice....
