"What a nice hotel! We greatly enjoyed having breakfast at the Hotel Duomo. Scrambled eggs were prepared on demand for us rather than warming in a tray. It was exceptional in many ways (fruit salad, very fresh honey, cakes and pastries). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room in the annex was modern enough. The street is busy with cars but that cannot be helped. A problematic entry door was being repaired as we left."
