"The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served. The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available. "

"Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "

"Very squeaky beds, all 4 of them in my room. Very noisy near the elevator. I could hear people talking and yelling very clearly. Looks like the walls are not sound proof. "

We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. "This was our second time staying at this hotel. Once on the way down from France to Portugal and once on the way back.. It is a large, well appointed hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed with a little balcony to look out over the car park, the road and the retail units beyond. Good double glazing as the room was very quiet. We had a light breakfast in the cafeteria which is a part of the hotel, which was extra to our room price, but very reasonably...
