The Seascape - Executive Class Mini Villa

The Seascape is a new executive-class mini villa / "couples cottage" packed full of comforts. It sleeps upto 2 adults and 1 child (must be 8+) . Guests have access to nature trail and beach.

Enjoy ocean views and stunning sunsets from the open concept living area and sundeck. Amenities include a queen bed, bathroom, a full kitchen (including a stove and BBQ) as well as WiFi, a smart TV, AC and an EV plug.

There are 2 other mini villas nearby, but none obstruct each others views.

This is an open-concept cottage with a Queen-bed and a pullout sofa bed which is suitable for a child. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate more than 2 adults in this unit.

There are two other mini villas on the property. They are located in such a way that none obstruct each others views.

Use of the nature trail and beach requires signing of our liability waiver.

This unit can comfortably accommodate two adults and a child (must be 8+ to stay). No more than two adults may stay at this property.

The unit features a queen sized bed. As the unit has an open-concept floorplan, there is no separate bedroom.

The property has a 240 Volt, 50 amp receptacle for high speed EV charging. Guests must bring their own charging cable and an adapter compatible with an RV outlet (as shown in picture in photo gallery). Charging fees apply at 25 cents per KWh.
1. HOUSE RULES include no pets, no parties, no smoking, no fires, no fireworks, no flying drones, no cooking fish or shellfish indoors, no ATVs , no children under 8, and quiet time from 9 pm.


2. USE OF THE NATURE TRAIL, THE BEACH AND COMMON AREA OF THE PROPERTY ARE AT GUEST OWN RISK DUE TO ABSENCE OF LIFEGUARD, PRESENCE OF WILDLIFE AND OTHER FACTORS. Guests agree to sign liability waiver before using these features of the property.
