"Guido's flat is in a very nice residential complex in a lovely area. The views are awesome and just 10 mins from Moena, you are spoiled for choice with so many amazing places to visit. The flat has everything (almost) that you need and is clean and comfortable. Also Guido and Fabia are excellent hosts. Only thing missing is wifi."

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite - including providing travel information about safest roads during unexpected snowfall. "Property is as advertised and photos are accurate. Kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots, etc.. Building is well up a hill so though groceries are available close by, walking would not be easy with a load. This building is back off the road and you have to hunt for 64 as it is behind a couple of other buildings. Once you find it, access is easy though the keys are touchy.Be aware that the outside door self locks and you need a key to exit the building."

We did not have a car, but the rental is just a 10 minute road and path walk from town and the bus station where we caught buses for hikes into the Dolomites. The apartment was just right for two people. We cooked many of our meals there after shopping at the well-stocked Conad grocery store. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was absolutely beautiful, the apartment spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we loved ordering fresh milk, eggs, and wine. Christine was so friendly and helpful, even leaving a jar of honey for my daughter’s birthday. We would definitely come again!"

"The apartment is located in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. It’s walkable distance from the town, just a 3-5 minute walk to a small grocery store, and about a 10-15 minute drive to the lifts at Ortisei. However, the apartment wasn’t as clean. There was a cluster of bugs in the bathroom ceiling, the bedsheets weren’t feel clean, we found dead bed bugs, and we both got bitten at night. If it were cleaner this would’ve been a 5/5."

"Eine sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht ( Seife, Spüli, Geschirrtücher, Fön uvm.). Sehr schön am Berg gelegen mit einem super Ausblick auf Brixen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und alles lief reibungslos. Ein besonderer Service waren die frischen Brötchen morgens, welche man am Vortag bestellen konnte. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage."

"5 star experience staying at this location. I will stay here again when I return to Cortina. Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. We stayed here for 5 nights and upgraded to a suite with a balcony view of Tofana so that we had more room to spread out. Even though there was a busy street below it was very quiet and comfortable. "My friend and I stayed at Residence Contrin on a hiking trip to the dolomites. The small kitchen was just enough with everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The apartment was clean, and laundry on the property was very handy. The location was great, a short walk into town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again. "
