"My room was very nice BUT I requested a top floor on booking, and got a 1st floor instead. My biggest disappointment!! Putting on the television was very confusing. I was only able to look at tv twice, during my week stay...good job I'm not fussy over tv but it was the only thing to do. The staff were very nice. I will stay at the property again but only if my request for a top floor is honored. "

"I like the location for dinning options as well as grocery shopping easily within walking distance. Even more are being built right now. Jewels tries very hard to make your stay a good one. Would definitely stay there again. We stayed 2 weeks."

"Property sits very high up in a nice neighborhood - you’ll be surrounded by nature and it feels as if you are staying in a jungle. We even saw a couple of monkeys nearby. Both our room and common areas were clean & comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
