Large 2800sf A-Frame with dormers. Beautiful massive covered back deck to enjoy the Lake views. A private dock for your pontoon and a floating dock for your two jet skis. This home sits on North Lake connecting with the 1100+ acre all sport Chain of Lakes including Craig, Morrison, Randall, North, Cemetery, South, and Messenger.
* Two full Kitchens: one on the main level and one on the ground level.
* Two living areas with ground level hosting a pool table and dining table for 10.
* Fire pit and sand pit in back yard.
*Two Kayaks, one canoe, one four man paddle boat (life vest required / provided)
* Pontoon rentals are available from Narrows Campground & Harbor Cove Campground
* Summer is not the only time to enjoy Lake Life. During the Winter there is snowmobiling, ice fishing and cross country skiing.

Happy Vacation!

We love this home , we love the location the lake is awesome. Some of us spent a day in Holland , Saugatuck some went to Frankenmuth some to the Toledo Zoo we had movie night we done s’mores at the fire pit went to Bills Steakhouse went boating and fishing loved the whole week

Fantastic vacation home!!!
This is our second year for vacationing at this beautiful home. We so enjoyed the wrap around porch and eating and playing games on it. The fishing was great plenty of bass gill And perch. The home was immaculate and stocked with everything you would need to grill and cook already looking forward to next year‘s vacation there all I can say is perfect!!

One of our absolute favorite rentals!
The house was better than the pictures suggested!! Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and there was really nothing needed that wasn’t available. The house is in what seems to be a lovely neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent here again in a heartbeat!! Very nice time was had by all!! Thank you!

Mamas needing a break
This house was the perfect place for my freinds and I to have a girls weekend. We each had our own beds and only 2 people shared a room. The deck is absolutely amazing. We spent 2 full days drinking coffee and crafting all day. I could not have imagine a better weekend and house for our annual girls trip. The memories made will be charished for a lifetime.

Great place for our annual family vacation. Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen, water toys included. Plenty of parking space, 5 min. to major grocery stores, movies, go-carts, etc. Quiet, safe street and neighborhood.

Memorial Weekend Coldwater Mi
The house was perfect for our family. Beautiful property very nice house stocked with everything from A to Z Located lakefront with great fishing right off the dock. If you ski or like boating this is the place to be. The property owner was very accommodating to an issue we had personally (separately from the property or house) We are definitely looking to stay there again in the future! We also recommended the place to very close friends of ours.

Perfect Lake Getaway
This is the perfect location and property for a family getaway. Our large family of all ages had plenty to do inside and out. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board, the kids spent lots of time fishing off the dock and playing in the sandbox, and we all enjoyed meals on the balcony. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any property I’ve ever stayed in, we cook everything from scratch and had all the tools and equipment we needed!

Moon Family Vacation
We love this home !! There are 12 of us that vacation together each year . There is 2 kitchens, and 3 full baths plenty of room. We love the decks neighbors are vary nice, in a area that is kind of privet , if you like Antiques a short drive to Allen MI is a lot of fun . Lots of good places to eat , good fishing great boating all around Beautiful Experience !!!

I lived here during a 6 week clinical rotation, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Gorgeous, clean, neat house with an awesome view of the South Lake. Check in and check out was very easy, and Rosemary was always quick to respond to anytime I reached out to her. I highly suggest if you are staying in the area!

M family and I had such a great time here! The house is beautiful and spacious. We loved the enclosed deck and enjoyed many meals there! The yard was big and the kiddies loved the sandbox. The water was too cold to swim, but we rented a boat and having the dock right at the house was definitely a bonus. We even fished right off the dock and caught a few! We had a great time and already talking about coming back next year!!!

Amazing!!
This is my family's second time staying here and we had a wonderful time yet again! The house is beautiful and the views are amazing! We had so much fun just sitting out on the deck watching the boats on the water. My 2yr old nephews amused themselves simply running all over the deck so it is great that it is completely enclosed and they couldn't get away from the adults. My whole family just had so much fun and we look forward to coming back in the future!

2023 Fishing Vacation
We spent a week in this beautiful home, fishing, grilling, kayaking. Had a wonderful time. Our hostess was very nice and communication was easy and cheerful. The window air conditioner wasn't working upstairs and it was replaced with a new one ASAP. Loved the house, kitchen was stocked with everything you could think of. The wrap around balcony was wonderful and we spent many hours out there playing games and eating together! A wonderful vacation with all our family!!

Memories Made
This is a beautiful property that accommodated our family of 14 ranging in age from 6 to 62. The whole property invoked a sense of peace and restfulness. The common rooms and the 6 bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked for any cook. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool table. The lake access was good and docks clean. One item that saved our vacation was the whole house generator. There was a storm system that downed wires in the area. You wouldn't have known the generator was on except for the hum of the unit. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
