Cozy Channel House on lake - w beach & dock

One of five cottages that are part Randall Lake Cottages, on the shores of Randall Lake. The "Channel House" has gorgeous channel views with partial views of the lake from the living room. It has three bedrooms, 1 QN, 2 Fulls, w/ 1 twin loft bed (over one of the fulls).

Whether you’re planning a cozy getaway for two or a fun-filled family getaway, we’ve got you covered! You will have your own patio, grill, and fire pit, where you can sip your morning coffee, enjoy a lakeside barbecue, or wind down the night admiring the stars.

Whether you’re into fishing, kayaking, or boating, there’s something for everyone. This property is located directly across from the boat launch, so bring your own boat, as each cottage has its own boat space on our expansive dock in the channel. Or enjoy the lake by swimming on our 2 sandy beaches or using some of our supplied Kayaks/Canoe. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

Great water access and view
We had two of the cabins on this property with Family! Our stay was wonderful! People on the lake, so the dock was helpful. The kids enjoyed the beach and the swim raft! Having use of the kayaks, wasn’t Added bonus. Great memories made!

Could be better
The cottage is cute. It needed to be cleaner. We had to wash all dishes before we used them. The airconditioner and fans were super dusty as well as many other areas. The grill was dangerous to use. We put a lot of foil down to avoid the decaying metal. The picnic table was disgusting and needed a manic erasers and lots of elbow grease. The beds were just shy of sleeping on concrete. If they do a super clean, replace grill grates and change the mattresses to something less firm, It would be a great rental.

The beautiful channel house . Not at all
The cost is more then its worth. for a cozy beauty channel is a joke don’t do it..the view out every window is far from beautiful. Big tree out one. As for seeing the lake that does not happen with cars and trucks parked around you . As for clean yes it was . They did wonderful for stocking the kitchen . With dishes ,towels . Soap and shampoo. But we get to the bedroom pull the cover back and there is I believe blood or poop on the sheet. Any one who would like to see pictures contact me . We took lots of pictures. You have no idea where you are going or what place until the day before . Makes it hard on someone who can not deal with that My suggestion is don’t do it. But this is just our issue will never deal with Vrbo or Erica .
