"We spent one week in this apartment. It is a lovely spacious clean apartment ideal for a family. It is set in a beautiful location just a short walk from the centre of Ericeira and very close to the sea front. There is a surf school called Surf Riders across the road which our teenagers used for surf school and thoroughly enjoyed. The seafront walks are so beautiful and breathtaking. The pool was an added bonus for days we wanted to relax. There is a well stocked supermarket just two minutes...

"The apartment is generally functional and homely with a few designer flourishes. The major drawback is the lack of lighting in the kitchen/living area. We liked the central location, straight out the front door to little restaurants, bars and shops and an easy walk downtown. Of course this meant quiet days and noisy nights as the parties began. But the bedroom is at the back with a virtually sound proof door. The opening to fresh air at the back private patio was welcome."

Even if the plaza in front doesn't have anything interesting, it was a short walk from many other attractions and neighbourhoods. Plus there is a metro and the start of the tram line 28. "We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "The bedrooms are great, the apartment is lovely and clean but there is no real common area other than the dining room. Great for sleeping though. Very quiet and pleasant."
