"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was an almost perfect late fall weekend and just loved being able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of our living room. Everything was as stated in the description. Having a heavy duty crew cab pickup presented an interesting endeavor getting turned around 😆, the driveway was very steep and not a ton of room. I managed. Skee Ball was a huge hit. Didn’t explore the dock since it was the last weekend of October. Would definitely consider staying there...

Gary and Dawn do a great job with their properties as we have previously stayed at the Fox in the Hen house, which is great as well. The Green green grass of home was amazing. Very private. Very warm and cozy. Staying in the wintertime the road is seasonal as listed which was not an issue as we have a 4 wheel drive SUV but plan accordingly if you do not. "This was a great location for our weekend away in the Finger Lakes. The listing was accurate and as other reviewers noted, the property is a little older with some appliances being fairly dated. There was plenty of cookware and supplies needed to make a few meals during our stay. Check-in was smooth and host was responsive!"

"Soon to be wife requested an "experience" this year as a gift. And found being informed on an old mill turned cabin. The location made our Christmas that much more special being our first real snowy white memory. Cabin is unique and a view to envy and remember. The provided supplies and items in the kitchen cabinets were a huge help even while bringing so much of our own already. Great fireplace and the available trails are amazing. Truly a great stay. "The hosts are very responsive and did a beautiful job with this cabin. You can see the craftsmanship that went into building it, very clean and cozy. The pier on the pond with kayaks and a fire pit overlooking this gorgeous property are all nice touches. The only minor thing for me, I’m 6 feet and over 220 so the bed and shower were a little tight for someone my size. But I made it work. "

"It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other.
