"Such a great hotel in a lovely village that gets very little press in the US. They were very nice and gave us an upgraded room. Cogne offered great, scenic hiking and a number of restaurants that were within a few blocks of the hotel."

We were looking with our kids at their cows in the pasture, and the owner(?) came out and gave our kids food to feed the cows. It was a great start, and it only got better from there. "WOW, I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! I travelled alone, but the whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The two daughters (around my age) were really helpful, regarding practical 'stuff'; and I really appreciated their enthusiasm and support regarding me climbing the Gran Paradiso summit! Hotel restaurant also very good food with nice atomosphere. very clean in room and kind all staffs. fanstastic breakfast. Big parking lots. can see snow on peak of mountain from room. too good."
