You'll feel at home with the open plan living with bi-fold stacking doors, creating fluid indoor and outdoor living. Serendipity has modern touches throughout, like polished concrete flooring on the main level, a built-in gas fireplace and a solid stone wall as the backdrop to the dining area.

Cook up a storm in the designer kitchen with stone benchtops, glass mirrored splashback and a large walk-in pantry. Then, wake up and make a coffee with the Breville coffee machine or walk to local cafes to get your latte fix ... it's up to you!

Your pets will also feel pampered at Serendipity! The property is fully fenced and backs onto a green space. So take them for a run to Boambee Beach, one of the area's most popular off-leash parks, just a short walk from the home.

Upstairs:
The master retreat is accessed via the spectacular en-suite
bathroom. Its soaker tub is positioned under the windows to
provide a luxurious place to unwind after a long day on holiday.
The remaining three bedrooms upstairs all feature ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes and plantation shutters to give that beach holiday vibe.

Downstairs:
The rumpus room with striking floor-to-ceiling glass overlooks the in-ground 14-metre lap pool. There is also the 5th bedroom on this level for those wanting some extra space or privacy.

Sawtell is a beautiful beachside village situated on the north coast of NSW Australia, surrounded by beautiful beaches, creeks and mountains and located almost centrally between Brisbane and Sydney. Sawtell is home to renowned surfing spots, safe patrolled beaches, and a host of sporting and recreation, including golf, bowls, tennis, croquet, and fishing. Sawtell has a delightful collection of shops, boutiques, cafes, licensed restaurants, a beautiful cinema, recreational clubs and an award-winning hotel, just to name a few.

Coffs Harbour with its shopping centres, restaurants and bars, pubs and famous beaches is only 10kms away.
Serendipity is within easy reach of all Coffs Coast's tourist
attractions, magnificent beaches and coastal walks. It is less than a 9-minute drive to Coffs Harbour Airport for easy travel from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

We enjoyed a wonderful family reunion/Christmas at Serendipity. The house very extremely clean, comfortable and large enough for everyone to have space. Pool is lovely but shallow and probably needs a sign. All in all a great stay!

Perfect property to accommodate 2 families
This property was well equipped with a walk in pantry a beautiful kitchen, high end finishes. Weber bbq perfect for entertaining a group. The Hill Top cafe is at the top of the street for coffee. Sawtell is an amazing little spot only 5 mins drive to shopping centre. Only wish it was a little closer to the centre of Town and it would have been 10/10.

The perfect property and location for a group of couples. Immaculate property with a fantastic layout, close walk to the main shops and beach (we didn’t touch our cars the whole time we were there!). Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful part of the world!
