Cosy beach house with a relaxed ambience. Located in the heart of town, walk to the beach, cafes, shops, pubs and clubs. Chill on the deck or at the dining table and gaze out at the ocean. The house has been renovated recently and is perfect for a families. The house faces north and captures the cooling sea breeze. A queen size bed in the master bedroom plus a double and single in the second bedroom allow lots of options for different groups. Fully equipped kitchen, TV room and lots of areas to kick back and relax and read a book make the house a great place to spend your holidays. The fenced backyard is suitable for your dog if they need a holiday as well. A beautiful dog beach is just over the hill. Woolgoolga or Whoopi as the locals call it, is a beautiful, vibrant coastal town and a great place to spend your well earned break. The main beach is a safe swimming beach for kids, the surf is good in lots of places nearby, there is fun mountain biking and walking trails and the regional hub Coffs Harbour is only a 20 minute drive away.
