"Mauricio, who met us at the door and tends the Casa, is great - friendly and informative. The furnishings are a bit basic and the black out curtains aren't totally effective. The location is walkable to the Plaza and on the quiet side above the river which you can hear running all of the time. Looking around Jardin, I'm not sure that we could find a better spot."

"We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. We especially enjoyed having our meals served on our private patio in the morning and evening. The spa is an added bonus (we did it twice!) and added extra enjoyment...

"This is actually a house with three rooms available for rent. It is located out in the country right between Downtown Salento and the Valle de Cocora. It is ideal if you plan to travel to the Valle de Cocora for some horseback riding, not if you want to explore the city center of Salento. We lucked out because everybody checked out during the day we checked in; hence, we had the entire house to ourselves. Nice! "When I checked in, they were very firm about quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. It was Saturday night and there was loud conversation at least until 11pm. I wish there was a night table. No roses as per the photos. LOL. Otherwise, it was easy to walk to the main square, bus station, etc. The older staff was conscientious, professional and friendly. Good value for the money. "
