Welcome to the Cottage on Annie!

Close to Midtown's trendy shops and restaurants, our cottage sports a 5 minute drive to downtown CDA and its lakefront beaches. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, and luxury sleeping area under vaulted ceilings provide everything you need for an amazing stay.

This lovely Ensuite is separated from the living area with a pocket door for added privacy. The unique Spa inspired bathroom includes a walk in chromotherapy whirlpool tub and shower combo. Plan your days rocking on the front porch and in the evenings join guests from the main house for a BBQ or a chat on the shared patio.

An outstanding property
The property is magnificent. They even have a one person hot tub/shower. They turned their garage into a first class top level small apartment.The owner is a real gem - even came out and answered some questions I had and made suggestions on heating and cooling the place to make it better. However, the property manager is a real dud, and if you can avoid dealing with him, do so... I needed a copy of my receipt, showing what I paid, and how long I stayed, and even though I asked five or six times in VRBO text messages and even two verbal voicemail messages, I was totally ignored. the property manager never responded to any form of contact and to this day (1 month after staying there), I have never gotten a paid receipt. I really hate to turn in this review. Because the owner and the facility was magnificent, but my experience was what it was and I hope you never the same experience with the property manager
