Bellerive is Coeur D’ Alene's most desirable waterfront community on the Spokane River.
This third floor condo does not have a river view but it has all the luxurious amenities you would expect, including the use of the day boat dock and the gym. This contemporary, newly furnished 2 bedroom condo will sleep 4. King bed in the master bedroom with a Casper mattress, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with a new Posturepedic mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need. The washer & dryer are located in the condo for your personnel use and convenience. The bathrooms are also supplied with toiletries, hair dryer and plush towels. Teak furniture on the balcony with a new propane grill. The living room features a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the balcony, with black out roller shades .

Three flat screen TV's on premium cable/sports with surround sound equipped with Bluetooth and high speed internet. Fully equipped condo with 5 spa terry bathrobes, board games, books, DVD's, iron and with all the comforts of home, you won't want to leave. Minimum 3 night stay..
Located in the Riverstone Development, it's a short walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, The 24 mile Idaho Centennial bike/walk trail is steps away. Downtown CDA is a short car 5 minute car ride away, where you will find the CDA Resort, bike/boat rentals, marina, beach, restaurants, shopping and much more. Located 3 minutes off of the I-90 FWY. Four bicycles and helmet's are also provided for your use. Two of the bikes are suitable for children.

Overnight boat slips are available for rent at the Boardwalk Marina located at the CDA resort. Day use docks at the condo on the river are complimentary.

All the Comforts of Home
We loved our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for our wedding weekend stay. The only thing that we were disappointed in was the pictures showed a view from the balcony overlooking the water and this condo faces the street. But, otherwise, it was perfect!

Beautiful condo!!
Coeur d’Alene was our last stop on our tour of Idaho, and it didn’t disappoint. We loved the city, and Larry and Rosanne’s condo was the perfect home base. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable condo stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, with the boardwalk right there and good restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend both the condo and CDA!

Only One Fault
This is a beautiful and comfortable home to make your own for a time. The furnishings and amenities are clean and modern and the home is airy and well stocked. The only "issue" I can name is that "Le Peep Cafe" is two floors below you and if the crowds waiting to get in aren't enough of a distraction, the SMELL of yumminess wafting in to your temporary home will make you rethink any breakfast or lunch fixings you may have purchased and head downstairs to get into the queue!! Very responsive and friendly owners and a beautiful and easy building/home to make your own while adventuring!

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I loved our stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortable as we were able to visit with friends, relax on the deck, and enjoy close proximity to bike paths and eateries. We found the parking garage to be easy to access and the bikes "ready to ride" were a wonderful resource for us to explore. Highly recommend this property, as we take priceless memories from our stay at this Coeur d'Alene property.

This place was amazing. It looked nice on-line, but was even better in person. Such a well kept property in such a great location. We came to check out the town and ride bikes. My eight year old twins lived it and want to come back. Thank you for sharing this place.

Nice weekend getaway
The condo is in a nice area, right on the river. There are restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The condo was clean and well-organized. There is a cute deck/patio but it rained during most of our visit so we didn't get to sit out there.

Nice condo in great building/location
The Belle Rive is a very secure condo with underground parking on the water. Really enjoyed walking on the boardwalk on the water side and easy walk to Centennial trail. The condo was 2 bedroom, 2 bath, nice kitchen with all the kitchen basics. All appliances worked, easy to cook our simple meals. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Owner very responsive.

Wonderful Experience
This home was absolutely beautiful and in a prime location. The owner was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. We have stayed in numerous location in CDA, but without question would recommend this over all. The park is very close with walking trails, and the view is breathtaking. Pure perfection.

In typical VRBO marketing, the picture shows condo on waterfront, but mine had parking lot view. Owner very grouchy about giving us entry instructions, and 3:00 check in is too late if you have early morning arrival

We highly recommended this spot. Quiet location, yet close to downtown. The owners have thought of everything! Larry was kind enough to message us when the condo was ready on our arrival day and once we arrived he checked in by text to ensure we were all set. Very comfy unit. Having bikes available to use was a highlight! We will be back...

A Real Gem
This is a beautifully appointed condo in a great location in Coeur d Alene. The owners thought of every detail in the way of niceties. The condo is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed off season in the winter, which was actually quite pleasant. Easy to walk the city as there was no snow on the ground but plenty in the nearby mountains for skiing. Coeur d Alene has developed into a major destination spot without the ultra high costs of other destination areas and this condo is located in the heart of the action.
