Walk to all that Riverstone has to offer: shopping, a movie, or a bite to eat from a great selection of restaurants. Whatever you choose, this condo is the perfect place to experience all that Coeur d'Alene has to offer!

Luxurious and comfortable, this home boasts hardwood and tile floors, granite counters and slate backsplashes throughout the gourmet kitchen with a long breakfast bar for entertaining friends and family, an outdoor common area with plenty of seating, BBQs, and an outdoor fireplace, as well as secure underground parking.

The master suite is spacious with its own en-suite master bathroom. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in tile shower, and a large walk in closet.

The guest bedroom on the opposite end of the condo can accommodate two guests with beds that can be configured as one king or two twins.

The beautiful living room has hardwood floors, a flat screen TV with cable and an Apple TV, WiFi internet, and a sofa sleeper that can sleep an additional two guests.

A forced air natural gas furnace with A/C keeps the home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The quiet location and easy flow of the condo provides a great space to relax, entertain, escape, and enjoy.

Conveniently located in the Riverstone Village, there is plenty to see and do within a short distance from the condo. A 14 screen movie theater, shops, restaurants, and Riverstone Park comprise the Riverstone Development.

Hop on the two bikes included with your stay and explore the Centennial Trail bike path that runs right along the river and will lead you all the way into downtown Coeur d'Alene and the Coeur d'Alene Resort. Great area with plenty to do and fun eating establishments within walking distance. Close to theater, walking trails along the river and parks. Condo was quiet and loved the secure parking garage.

Family Wedding
The property was a perfect place for me to bring my elderly parents to stay while we attended my niece's wedding. The condo was clean, comfy and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer. I especially enjoyed the location because I am a runner and each morning I walked right outside and there was a great trail to run with a good distance. Thank you

The property was in a great location and very clean. The only negative was it definitely felt like a rental. beds were not very comfortable and bedding was cheap. I say that, but would stay there again.

Very clean, beautifully appointed condo
We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and stores in the village that we enjoyed and the distance to downtown was a quick 6 minute drive. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. We highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our visit to Coeur d’Alene. This Riverstone Village condo was beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable place to relax after our outings. Great location! The host was very accommodating and made sure our visit was a wonderful summer vacation for our family.

The happiest spot on earth
Returned to CDA Idaho this past week with friends. The host was super attentive and available to answer all of our questions. Unit was super clean and well supplied with most everything needed. The two bikes on sight were an added bonus. The unit is nearby several great restaurants, movie theater, shops and with hassle free parking. Looking forward to my next stay!

Property Mgmt is great
We would have given this unit a 5 star except there is no cancellation policy. Once you book you cannot cancel like others within 60 days of arrival. If you book way in advance you best take out insurance policy. We booked about one month from arrival . Also security deposit is Very high unless you take out damage policy thus avoiding paying deposit. The best part about this unit is dealing with Josh and Emily from the property management company. They answered all questions, there was great communication, and were a wonderful resource for information about the area.

Very nice!
The property and location was great with lots of shops and restaurants. Close access to walking/biking path. We did have some difficulty getting inside since the key pad on the main door was not working. Other visitors said it had not worked over the last week. This created access issues during our stay. There was an electronic key fob that opened an alternate door to the stairway but there were two of us so we had to coordinate when we went out separately. Having bicycles was great although they need some maintenance attention as several parts were loose on both bikes. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Pros and cons
My husband and I just recently stayed here and we are giving it a moderate review due to the fact that there were a lot of pros about the property, but also cons as well. Pros: The condo is beautiful, clean and very spacious. The property is very quiet and it's located in a great little shopping area close to restaurants and water. We enjoyed walking around the area. The outside common area was very nice to sit and enjoy as well. Cons: 1. There are a few that I need to be honest about. First, upon arrival we were given a key fob to be able to access the building. We were told that this would allow us into the parking garage. Once we drove to the garage entrance, we noticed that there was no lock where the fob would work, only a number key pad. We tried the code provided for our room but it didn't work. We called the PM and he told us to keep looking for an area where the fob would open the garage, but there wasn't one. We were only able to access the garage on the first night due to another resident who gave us his code as he was exiting. On the second night we tried to access the garage again with the key code, but that did not work. I called the PM again and asked for a new code so we could park securely. The PM was still under the impression that there was a fob access, but there was not. He called the property owner and we were given a new code, however, it still did not work. We were so frustrated that we had to park overnight for 2 nights unsecured outside of the building. 2. One night my husband and I wanted to watch TV. This seemed like a simple enough thing to do... It was anything but. There were multiple remotes and none of them allowed us to watch more than just ONE channel. There were no instructions on how to operate the TV either. We are pretty tech savvy, so that made it even more frustrating. I ended up having to sit on the floor in front of the TV and push the buttons on the actual cable box to allow us to watch anything other than the one channel. 3. There are also a few housekeeping things: There was only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper. We actually had to go and buy more. There were no wash cloths in either bathroom. There was also tons of bird poop all over the patio (there was an active bird's nest) and the birds were dive bombing us when we sat outside. There was also an active wasps nest above the patio as well. We did enjoy our stay and the close access to town, but it could have been better for what we paid.

The overall experience was great! The instructions on the parking garage and the Wi-Fi need improvement. Also, the Condo was not stocked with the "basic" necessities. A bar of soap for both bathrooms, a bath floor mat, lotions, Kleenex, etc. The guest bathtub needed something on the tub floor, so you don't slip! I was worried for my 88-year-old mother falling . . . . Would certainly stay there again. Lovely place and lots to do in the surrounding area.

modern condo in Coeur d’Alene
The condo was very comfortable for two couples and in a good location. We rented electric bikes right outside in the parking lot and rode from there to the waterfront in town and Tubbs Hill.
