My friends and I spent two nights at this small house. The first night was much more expensive than the second night, though the 4th of July holiday was over, thus making our stay quite expensive. The bathroom is tiny and situated such that the occupants of the downstairs bedroom are either stuck in their bedroom or the kitchen when the bathroom is in use. The sheets on one of the beds were damp, as were the rolled-up bath towels on the shelf in the bathroom. The location in Midtown is walkable to restaurants and a drive-through coffee hut. The house is cluttered with kitsch, so there is little room for renters’ belongings. Electrical outlets are few and far between.
