Entire house. 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath. Great backyard with a hot tub, ping-pong, basketball hoops, beach accessories.

Host is local and is available to help if needed.

Walking distance to Sanders Beach and downtown Coeur d'Alene.

Self-check-in Keypad entry. Private code will be texted to guest on day of check-in.

Key to front and back doors will be on kitchen counter. Please don't forget to return key upon departure. $50.00 charge for lost key.

Insurance company requires release of liability to use Paddle Boards, SUP, bicycles, scooter, beach gear. Items will be in the garage. Code to be provided.
Please no shoes in the house.
