Built in 2018, this home offers a prime location and layout (including two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms) for a small group of friends or couples. The Boardwalk Marina and City Park & Beach are only a mile south, allowing you to launch a boat, fish, or swim with ease. Golfers will be glad to know that the illustrious Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is three miles southeast. You'll also find Silverwood Theme Park 17 miles north and the slopes of Silver Mountain Resort 37 miles east.

Beautiful house
Immaculate house, cozy and clean in a great central location. Great spot for families. If staying in winter months you may want to bring extra blankets and throws, but provided bedding is comfortable and cozy too! Would definitely stay here again.

Last minute family get away!
Beautiful home! Nicely remodeled, spacious, charming character, very clean, and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for family seating and dining. Shaded and relaxing front porch. Beautiful up and coming neighborhood with many newly renovated homes. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood. Garage great place for car but other parking in front as well. Living room, Dining room and kitchen all open. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Close to college and downtown! Highly recommend for a getaway.

Quality, custom home highly recommended
I had a great experience staying in this house during the holidays. It was spotless, and the interior was well-designed. The furniture and decorations were lovely, and the NEST thermostat and electric fireplace worked perfectly to keep the house warm during the chilly weather. The master bathroom was really impressive, and the laundry room was spacious and conveniently located near the back door. Honestly, there is nothing I would change about this house. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Lovely and relaxing environment
This place is super clean and decor was very lovely. The house has everything you need. The beds were comfy and each bedroom had a beautiful bathroom either on suite or so close it might as well have been in the room. Nice furnishings. A cozy home. Close enough to anything a person was interested in going to. Perfect choice for our group. Very nice appliances in the kitchen. We would not hesitate to stay here again. It even had a garage to park our car in which is so nice in the winter.

Great space-great location!
Very clean and open with plenty of space to spread out but it still felt so cozy. Easy to get to the lake and shops. It was nice to have garage parking. Kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was charming! Only minor nitpicks: Would have liked a few extra trash bags as we had to buy our own, and would have liked to have had a key to the back door as each time we left the house we had to go out the front and walk back through the garden to get to the car. We loved it though and really hope to stay there again!

Great House in beautiful city!
Perfect vacation house. Clean, quiet, looked brand new. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Very close to town but far enough to be out of hustle, bustle. We already want to go back! The only thing I was wanting was access to the A/C. It did get a little warm a couple of times and if we would have called the property manager I'm sure they would have taken care of it, but it was always late in the evening when we wished it was a little cooler for sleeping. Highly recommend this home!

This is a fantastic house. All new,great finishes. Craftsman style. Better even than it looks in pictures. Spotlessly clean; has everything you need. Very spacious. There was a local power outage, and Matt Clapper, the local property manager, brought over large lantern, flashlight and extra batteries. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. We loved this house!

Beautiful Home
Beautiful home. Really liked the choices of all the finishes throughout the house. The house could be better stocked. It is notable that there were no chairs, no cooler, no pens, no water bottles, no cleaners for the counters etc. There was also only 1 TV in the house and one of the rooms in the house was completely empty. All in all, very pretty house and we enjoyed our stay. We hope the house gets better stocked for future visitors.

Our 7 Day Stay
The home appears to be clean when you first walk in. When you start to take a real good look you see the cleaning deficiencies. Cobwebs, filters are filthy, electric vacuum filthy, carpets dirty, and like another reviewer posted: Cheap and broken utensils, no spices for cooking, no broom or mop stick to clean up spills with little ones. Rear part of the house in laundry room has no blinds so you are on wide display all day and all night.

Beautiful new home in old neighborhood!
What a beautiful home! We have nothing but positive comments. The property was spotless when we arrived and was so inviting. The furnishings and rugs were nicely done. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bath. Large closets. Nice kitchen and laundry room. We enjoyed coffee on either the front or back porch looking out at the landscaped yards. The neighborhood itself was quiet and very walkable. You can walk downtown but it's a 20 minute walk to the main downtown street and a little farther to the lake and beaches. This is a Vacasa-managed property. Check-in was easy. We did have some difficulty setting the thermostat but Vacasa was able to remotely reset. We did find ourselves locked out of the property - the code no longer worked. Texts and phone calls to Vacasa did not get us help - only canned responses. We finally heard from them personally 3 weeks after the incident. Luckily we had figured our way back into the house. Totally recommend this property and hopefully the entry code will work your entire stay!

Nice home in Coeur d' Alene
The house is very nice and comfortable for groups up to 6 people. The place is nicely renovated with everything in good working condition, well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood, very convenient to downtown, groceries, shopping and freeway. The only trouble we had is that apparently the cleaning company forgot to clean one of the bedrooms/bathrooms before our visit as there were dirty sheets on the bed and used wet towels in the bathroom. Luckily there were extra sheets that we could use to remake the bed. It was very difficult to reach the property manager as the phone number given put us on hold for over and hour a few times without ever an answer. The messaging link did not work and the alternate email took over 24 hours to receive a response. Thankfully we did not have an emergency to report. The management company did eventually reach back out to us via email and did provide us a small refund due to the unclean bedroom and bathroom. Except for that snafu the place was very nice. I would recommend it and would rent again if we return to Coeur d' Alene.

Clean, Spacious Stay
Overall I really enjoyed this property in Couer D'Alene. We had a group of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) plus a dog. This home fit our needs very well. My first impression was that it was actually quite large - perhaps bigger than shown on the photos. Lovely open floor plan, beautiful mill work, and very clean. There was a good amount of seating for a larger group in the living area and plenty of dining space. Everything was well stocked (towels, toilet paper, etc). The master bathroom was gorgeous - I love taking a bath and the tub was huge so that was a great amenity for us. We also liked the detached garage. We brought a small trailer and boat so we were able to store it securely in there which was also nice. The property was dog friendly which was important to us (but it was also very clean - no dog smell or dog hair issues!). Location was great too. If you are looking for something walkable to downtown this might not be for you - it's about a 20 minute walk that way. But it was a very quick drive down there. There were also a few shops (including Cone & Coffee which i highly recommend!) within a 5 minute walk if you need something on foot. We enjoyed that walk for an afternoon treat several times. My only real negative is silly - there was only one TV and with a large group like ours out is nice to have more than one. I personally would have loved to at least see one in the master bedroom. But that's not a big deal and overall we had a very enjoyable stay!

6th Street Regret
The likes…the home has been nicely remodeled and is in a central Coeur d’Alene location. It was nice being able to park in the 2 car detached garage. The communication from Vacasa was adequate. The dislikes…..our party(4 adults) all agreed that the beds were too soft/uncomfortable. Some of the pillows were disgustingly dirty and should be replaced. The overall cleanliness of the home was disappointing. The kitchen area was appalling….food particles on the stovetop, splatters on the ceiling(it looked like tomato sauce). Drawers and cabinets that had some substance that had apparently run down from the countertop. Crumbs and ???? in the silverware drawer. Cobwebs in some corners near the ceiling. Hair on a spare pillow in one bedroom closet. A bottle of toilet bowl cleaner left in 1 bathroom. Hair in the sink in 1 bathroom. I’ll stop there. For the $409 in extra fees(of which $200 was for cleaning) I would expect a MUCH more thoroughly cleaned home. Would I rent this home again? It wouldn’t be my 1st choice.

Lovely home
Everyone should have an opportunity to visit Coeur D’Alene in the fall. Absolutely beautiful. This lovely home was a dream. Easy to find and close to everything we needed. Cleanest VRBO we’ve ever rented. We’ll stay here again when we come back.
