Beach front home with boat slip and all the comforts of home on Kidd island bay!

Spacious beach front property on Kidd Island bay. Bring your family or group of friends and enjoy the community beach just steps from the backdoor. Large BBQ and 3 patio spaces to enjoy together or for some alone time with a book or view some of our resident bald eagles, deer, fox and moose. Approx. 17 minute drive from downtown or a 5 minute boat ride from the resort docks. We have beach towels, chairs, sand toys, paddle board and a variety of floating toys to allow you to enjoy the water and beach to the fullest. Rent or bring your own boat and keep it at your reserved boat slip during your stay. Don't feel like cooking? There are many great restaurants just a short boat ride away. Property is a short drive to downtown CDA, CDA casino and a ton of hiking and recreation trails. The house is also a great home base for days trips to many of the surrounding areas and activities, including Ironman. Kitchen is well equipped for entertaining and stocked with coffee, spices and many extras to make your stay as easy as possible. Parking is limited to two vehicles due availability on Kidd island. If more is needed please let us know and we can try to help figure out off site parking for you. Master bedroom has spacious private deck, large walk in closet and private bathroom. Downstairs Queen bedroom has large closet and sliding door with access to lower patio and beach. Twin beds are located in their own area of the downstairs living room space that also includes a pull out queen bed with privacy curtain separating the two areas. Sliding glass door leads out to lower patio and to beach access. Well stocked game closet in lower living room with fun items for the whole family. Both full baths are stocked with soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and other extras. The house is on well water. While its perfectly safe to drink, we do offer a large purified water stand in the kitchen for drinking water.
