Fantastic home in the heart of Cody Wyoming

Built in 1925 the Cody House has the charm of an older home with the conveniences of modern living. Located in the heart of downtown Cody. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and many popular tourist attractions, including the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. This family friendly property is the perfect basecamp for your trip to the Yellowstone/Cody area.
Spacious kitchen, dining room and outdoor deck make it a perfect place to gather and entertain.
Owners Sophie and Troy live close by and will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have about the area.
Between the two us we have 40+ years of experience in the hospitality and guest service industry in the Yellowstone area. Short weekend stay
We came to town for a wedding so we were pretty busy with that, but were still able to enjoy Cody and do some sightseeing. Coming home to the comfortable homey house every night was so relaxing!

Cozy Cottage
Cute, cozy home located within walking distance of Cody’s down town shopping, restaurants and bars. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and other family members. Plenty of room for our family of six.

Great location & well stocked!
In town for a wedding and this house was perfect for my family if 7! Location was great - just a few blocks from all of the shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, lots of towels in the bathroom and it was super clean. The host was so easy to communicate with and was so friendly. Highly recommend!

This house was so convenient to everything. It was very nice and exceptionally clean. Perfect for our group. Anytime we had a question the owner was ready with an answer. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Cozy Getaway
This home was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had ten people staying, ages 8-70, and loved the western vibe plus the proximity to downtown. We walked a ton and didn’t run out of things to do. We were able to easily visit Yellowstone for a day, and had time to relax and share meals at the home. It was great!

Excellent spot just off Main Street!
Even though it’s s a short walk to the Main Street, it’s quiet and simply perfect! Beds were comfy. House was clean and spacious. Yard & deck great and complete with a grill (steak knives needs sharp ending!) We would come back again in a heartbeat!

This home is beautiful and perfectly suited our group of 7. We had our own space but could all get together when we wanted to eat and play games. Sophie is wonderful and easy to communicate with. The location is perfect so close to town. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was fabulous for visiting parks and the wonderful Buffalo Bill Museum. We loved that we could walk to town. House was really clean and had a lot of space for our group of six. House was the most well-stocked of all the properties we stayed at. Bonus of deer walking down the street was fun.

We wanted to stay within walking distance of downtown Cody. This home was perfect. Two blocks from downtown, plenty of room for our family, and a beautiful private backyard. Communication with the owner was easy. Sophie was warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed staying our stay.

In town for the weekend to watch our girls play HS volleyball. Warm and welcoming home for our family to enjoy time all together with our oldest daughter and granddaughter. Spectacular Home
The home is in a perfect location to explore downtown Cody. Many sites are within easy walking distance. The home is spacious, charming, and comfortable. It is well appointed with a kitchen that has everything for convenient cooking. Sophie is a wonderful hostess. She called to let me know that we could check in early. During our stay, she texted to see if we needed anything. She is gracious and wants to make sure that her guests are comfortable. We had a wonderful and memorable time there!

We loved staying here!
This place was amazing. It was very clean and well kept (and I’m super picky about cleanliness). It happened to be super hot while we were here, but the rooms upstairs were still nice and cool if you kept the doors shut, as Sophie advised. There were so many extras and comforts. Sophie was easy to get ahold of and was great at communicating with us. The kids enjoyed the games outside of an evening in the back yard. The city of Cody was great & we enjoyed walking around to the shops nearby & eating at Irma’s. We also had fun at the Cody Nite Rodeo. I would highly recommend staying here if you are on the fence!
