Great location, beautiful view of the ocean. Condo was very clean and had 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice deck and hightop outdoor set. Very close to beach. Convenient parking. Very nice pool.

Good but not great!
We have stayed at this property 6/7 times in multiple units visiting regularly from nearby Orlando. The unit is nicely appointed and has a great view of the ocean with very beachy feel and vibe. However as previous reviews highlighted the beds need attention! All three, the twins and the queen not only squeaked but were very uncomfortable. Many areas of the unit could use new paint. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable!

Great place for family!
We loved our stay here! Great little place for a family with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The only thing I would improve on is the master bed...pretty rough and very used. We hope to rent here again!

This is a very nice place to stay, clean, friendly people, all the sand goodie’s you couldn’t ever need( chairs, toys, games, umbrellas, and beach towels) We loved it i would highly recommend this unit! Ps pool very clean and good location!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. We would love to go back. The location is near everything, even walking to restaurants and shops, and especially to the sand. The view from the 4th floor was beautiful.

Amazing Stay
The apt was really lovely and has lots of towels (which is a great asset when staying at the beach). The patio overlooks both the pool and the ocean and is a great place to have either a morning coffee or an afternoon wine :) We loved the pool and the super short distance to the beach. We were also very fortunate to view 3 separate rocket launches during our stay (tip: the little bridge walkway down to the beach is the perfect place to view the rocket launches). Overall a lovely holiday!!!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Located right on the beach and in a good location within Cocoa Beach. It could use updating but we had no complaints other than it would be nice to have exit requirements printed out in the unit. We would stay there again.

This property served our purpose while on vacation. Lots of extra beach stuff to use that wasn’t in the details of the listing. Clean and had the basics needed for cooking and staying for a week.

Spanish Main on Cocoa Beach
We had a great stay. Condo was very clean, with a sunrise view from the balcony! Although "updated", the property still had original cabinets and fixtures. Unit was very clean, and everything worked properly. Plenty of beach chairs and pool floats was a great bonus. Pool was clean and warm. Got to see a rocket launch from the beach! Several restaurants within walking distance was great too!

The condo was very clean, view was great, and decorated nicely. It could definitely use a little updating, some things would be minor fixes, like paint touch ups and caulking around showers. It would have been nice if there was some literature in the unit about area restaurants and attractions. There wasn't a pen or pencil in the unit and it's the first time I've ever rented a place without so much as salt and pepper. I left a gift of salt, pepper and pens for the next folks! All in all, I would recommend a stay here.

Adequate, not great
Location was great - we love the Spanish Main. This unit is lacking some basic items that made for lots of ongoing inconveniences. We strongly suggest replacing the mattresses (two people slept on mattresses only one night and then moved to the couch they were so uncomfortable); there were no bath mats, no top sheets on twin beds (only a fitted sheet and the comforter); no ice trays in the freezer, and it lacked some easy basics like salt & pepper or coffee filters in the kitchen. Everything was "fine," but for the price, we were disappointed.

First time at Cocoa Beach
The days we spent at Cocoa Beach were wonderful. The beach is beautiful and the location and walk to the beach and pool from condo 45 was easy. The elevator closest to our condo stopped working about two days in. This wasn’t a problem until checkout. The condo itself was nice, kitchen had everything you need. Remember to bring extra toilet paper, dish and laundry soap. Door to the balcony is difficult to open from the outside. When it rained, and it did heavily, the rain pours in from under the front door. Be careful it can get slippery. we had a puddle and had to put towels down. Also, the shower nozzle in the main shower sprays from where it is screwed on. It sprays out over the shower door and literally gets everything on the toilet, sink, mirror, wall, and ceiling soaked. I didn’t notice until after my shower because I’m short and it is dark in there. Other than that it was wonderful. We don’t normally come to this part of Florida but it was quiet and great for families. Don’t forget your flashlight with the red light if you want to go out on the beach at night so you don’t disturb the turtles. We didn’t have any.
