Fun at the Flip-Flop Escape
This was a super cute and clean place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Very close to everything and just steps from the beach. The property was clean and well-stocked with anything you would need. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay
We had an amazing time at the Flip Flop Escape. It was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed for a week’s stay. This place goes all out - even offering little extras like body boards and beach chairs to borrow. The place was very clean and adorably decorated. We took recommendations of some of the local restaurants and were not disappointed :). We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Loved the quiet and comfortable feel.

Amazing & Beautiful
We were able to stay at this incredible condo when we took a last minute trip for my grandfather’s funeral. We were hoping to stay closer to family, but between spring break and bike week, affordable options were scarce. This condo was even better than we could have imagined. 4 minute walk to the beach (a very enjoyable walk with our children), spacious, cozy, immaculate, beautiful. A wonderfully quaint, outdoor patio, every kitchen appliance you can need, plenty of listed communication for entertainment. The property manager was exceptionally prompt with responses. I had to reach out far more than I usually would (with questions), but they were always gracious to respond. If you’re on the fence, I hope this review can help you feel confident to book this place. It is awesome.

Sweet Sweet Stay
The property is on the first floor with parking very close. Entry to the parking area possible also through the backyard. Lot's or closet space and comfortable kitchen. Television in the master. Clean and very comfortable place. Will book again.

One night prior to Cruise
Stayed here one night prior to cruising out of Port Canaveral. Very clean. Perfect for 4 adults, one eight year old. Bathrooms were great. First floor condo with step in shower in one of the bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Towels were plentiful and fluffy. Coffee maker with coffee was great addition to morning. Only suggestion is that the supports need to be bolted in, under the queen size bottom bunk. Otherwise the place was perfect, fast, easy drive to Port Canaveral morning of cruise! An enjoyable stay
Really enjoyed our stay and wish it were longer. The location was just outside the heavy traffic area. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet community that is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping is only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment has all the amenities of home. We cooked breakfast and dinner there every day. There is a nice quiet patio and grill. Everything you need for your trip to the beach (ie towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys) are in the front closet. We will definitely stay there again. It was so relaxing there.

Amazing!!
Fantasic customer service! Unfortunately I got a flat tire that morning. I emailed the owner letting them know my issue, and wow the host responded with a no worries comment letting me know they would be more than happy to compensate me for another night. That's unbelievable service! Highly would recommend with care like this I can only imagine what it will feel like to stay at this beautiful property!

Perfect place before your upcoming cruise
My wife and I, along with another couple stayed here before or cruise on the Divina. It was a perfect place to stay before a cruise. The cleaning fee of $100 is a little steep for the 1 night, but other than that, I can't think of anything that wasn't a perfect 10 about this home. We will for sure stay here again!

Cozy, clean, and quiet
Like other reviews reported, it's a great spot located in a residential area. It's quiet, cozy, and a nice stroll to a less busy part of the beach. Everything was clean and properly stocked. The bath towels were new and fluffy. There's beach towels and chairs and even a little beverage cooler to carry on your short beach walk. Each bedroom had a TV, and the back patio was attractive and also clean. It was a pleasant experience and would rent again.
