Sunny Lane Beach House is just steps from a nearly private beach in one direction and the beautiful Banana River Lagoon in the other. Relax amid tropical landscapes and a private putting green. Perfect for families and friends in the quieter South Cocoa Beach area yet minutes from downtown. So much to do with kayaks and fishing gear included. Plus cornhole, a 4500+ game arcade, darts, and foosball. Smart TVs in almost every room. King-size beds, a coffee bar, covered and screened porch, and a second-story deck with views of the Banana River.

Charming Florida Island Cottage
Everything about this place was perfect. The host was more than accommodating and every detail was thought thru. Spotlessly clean and totally updated. We only wish we had more time to spend there so we could enjoy all that was available. We will rent again for sure!

House was really lovely with lots to keep everyone entertained. Close to both the river and ocean. Only downside was having to cross a very busy road to get to the ocean.

Best beach house!
We had the most amazing time staying here in cocoa beach. We stayed 4 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. The location is great, the beach is across the street and the fat snook next door is a must. Jen was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. We loved the putting green, corn hole and the indoor games room! We will definitely be back, thank you so much!

Both the property and owner were wonderful. The house has something for all ages to do and has everything you need. Easy access to both the beach and the river. With it being centrally located it was easy to get to all the attractions and restaurants with ease. We had a great time and most definitely would stay there again.

Great House! Great Location
My wife and I took our 2 teenage sons to Cocoa Beach for Spring break. The house was in a great location, close enough to all the attractions and fun of Cocoa Beach but just far enough away to be off the beaten path, house has everything you could need for a quality vacation, weather on the beach, Kayaking the river or just hanging out and having fun with the family! Highly recommend this location for you next Florida east coast trip!

The hosts have thought of every detail. We had a wonderful time. Only concerns-We were unable to use the lagoon due to difficulties with access and there was no crosswalk from house to beach access so required extra caution to cross several lanes of traffic. Great value. Great location. Highly recommend for groups/families

Property that has it all!
Great location! Well equipped kitchen, great game room, spacious back porch, and private back yard. Quiet street, on one side walk to the river for sunsets or walk across the street for the sunrise on the beach. All comfortable beds with plenty of space. Kayaks, chairs, fishing poles/gear, boogie boards, etc. to keep busy. One of the best, well thought out vrbo’s for playing outside or inside on a rainy day!

Great location and great host
We loved staying here with our 6 kids ranging from 15 to 5. Everything else was perfect with provided beach gear, dart board, foosball, arcade, sun room with dining table for very enjoyable meals, putting green, and outdoor shower. The walk to the beach does have busy road to cross. The distance to the beach is nice, but the road made meant no running ahead for the kids. Our host was very responsive and helpful with a lot of attention to the little things. I would stay here again any chance we have in the future.

Fantastic property!
The Sunny Lane property was amazing and Jen is a great host. My family of 5 enjoyed playing in the game room in the evenings after spending our days out on the beach. The pictures on VRBO honestly don’t even do this house justice - it’s even more adorable (and well maintained) in person! I have recommended the Sunny Lane beach house to several people and hopefully we’ll make a return visit in the future too. Thanks so much for making our stay so wonderful!

Sunny Lane Beach house is the best vacation home. Perfect location, ocean, intercoastal, restaurants, bars and shops all in walking distance. Jen and Ken are the ultimate hosts. The house was immaculate, beautiful and updated. Everything was provided that you would need for your stay. The yard and rooftop deck were a big hit and used daily. Fun for the whole family!
We had a fantastic time at the Sunny Lane Beach House! It is even cuter in person. The location is wonderful--just across the street from the beach. Everyone enjoyed the putting green and game room. Jen was also wonderful to work with. I had some questions before our arrival and she was quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Grandkids loved it!
Since we were in Florida in late November, we wanted a place that would have great entertainment for our 4 grandchildren. When we arrived, they explored the house with squeals of delight! They were thoroughly entertained. The host, Jen, communicated extremely well.
