Welcome cruisers and beach goers to the perfect property and unbeatable amenities! Multiple units and locations available. We specialize in keeping our guests stress free, and our beach goers having fun and your Vaca a perfect one!

This is a House that has been divided into individual private units and is set up to Host Vacations.

• 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 min to port, 15 min KSC and 45 min to Disney!
• 10 min to Downtown Cocoa Beach! Walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shops, groceries and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.
• Amazing outdoor space sit in in the back yard community space while you enjoy the propane fire pit, games, grills, seating and more.
• Beach gear, towels, umbrellas, chairs, coolers and sand toys
• You will be greeted with a welcome gift, your 1st beverage with snacks and your online Paradise Book. (Local Menus, discounts, attractions, maps, guides in unit)
• Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Roku, Hulu, ESPN, Disney+ on the big screen TV
• Full private kitchen with everything you need.
• Private Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries)
• 2 bedrooms, living room and bathroom and a laundry machine located in your unit
• All Beds/ Pillows are Brand New, Deluxe, Hypoallergenic with waterproof cover. Plush robes, large soft towels, classy bedding.

House Guidelines

Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken. All visitors breaking the following Guidelines are cause for immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of $150 CC Hold.
• This is a smoke free property.
• No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed.
• No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings.
• 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach
• No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense.
• No pets.
• No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay.
• An additional 50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed
• Do not disturb other guests or enter other units
• Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors.

House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer

• Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more
• Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25

Absolutely adorable place. Very quaint, fully stocked dining and cooking utilities, plenty of linen for towels in the home, including extras for the beach. The common area in the backyard was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor shower was great for washing off and then we got done with the beach. Have already recommended to friends who stay in Coco Beach and will absolutely stay here again

Very cute little place!
Location is great. Close to beach (short walk) and very close (short walk) to some really good restaurants and activities. Family from out of town really liked it...wished they could stay longer. Thanks for a great weekend getaway for this local. :)

First Family Roadtrip
We all loved the property, very colorful and inviting. The beach is within walking distance and is so peaceful. We loved every minute we were there. After the first day the kids said we are coming back next spring break.

RELAXING!
We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time.

This was everything it was advertised to be. Very comfy and close to the beach.
This was my first time using home away and the process was easy. Mandy (the owner) was so helpful with anything we needed. She has the beach house set up so well that all you need is your swimsuit. I would definitely book with her again!!! It was absolutely a fantastic 3 days.

Great getaway
We booked for one night the night before our cruise for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved this place! 10/10 recommended. We came early before check-in and a secured place was given to place luggage. The AC worked great along with everything else supplied. Such nice people and a nice place!

The condo was great and the property manager was helpful and responsive to one small issue that was out of anyone control. The only reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is that the beds could be of much higher quality...not really comfortable.

The apartment needs some serious updating, the bathroom feels really dated and just a bit dirty like in grout and floors. It’s a bit dark and just not super comfortable. But the location and short walk to the beach was great.

Quick beach visit
The location of this property is AWESOME! However, we were expecting much more in terms of cleanliness and responsiveness from owners. Every dish we used in the kitchen was dirty and had to be washed first. We still enjoyed our stay, though - a must for anyone who wants to be able to walk to the beach!

The dishes were dirty and stunk. Hash brown pieces on the silverware. The bedroom right off the living room had no working outlets. The front door was difficult to get unlocked. Lots of times it took many times trying. Also we were confused on what in the backyard was able to be used by us. Also the washer and drier were difficult to work. The shower handle heat setting is opposite of what it shows. Over all the house was okay.

The house was divided into separate units that were not labeled. Found a roach in bedroom. Had a stranger walk into the house around midnight and had to call police. Property needs better locks with instructions on how the keypad system works I was under the assumption door closed was locked.

Quiet & quaint
Living space was cozy but we were expecting that based off the description! The neighborhood was quiet and so were all the neighbors. The unit came with everything we needed for the beach - wagon with chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogy boards, beach towels - they had it all! The kitchen was stocked with cookware, plates, bowls, silverware, a bowl filled with snacks/ treats, and the fridge even had a few waters & adult beverages stocked when we arrived, which was perfect after a long travel day! The walk from our unit to the beach was short, so short, our 1.5 yr old walked the whole way. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go back!

Great Location but kind of Dingy
Great location especially for cruisers as it is just 15-20 minutes away from Carnival port. Pros: :Washer & Dryer in the unit - we were able to get current with the laundry before the cruise next day :Welcomed by snacks :Shared area with tiki bar and plenty of games. :Close to segregated beach - just a few minutes walk to the beach Cons: Not fit for a family of six like ours. There are two bedrooms fit for two people to sleep in each of the relatively small and cosy bedrooms. Remaining two to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately the sofa bed was already broken when we opened it up to sleep the first night. The host could not do not anything because it was during Christmas time and she was cooking in the daytime. She however, advised to use an alternate folding bed under one of other beds. It was super hard to get it out and was very dusty. So we had three people sleep in a Queen bed and myself - a six footer sleeping on the sofa. - The entire unit is very dark and claustrophopic. We will definitely skip this one next time. The furniture old and not appeared to be clean
