Condo was also painted with fresh paint throughout. Beautiful unobstructed 7th floor ocean/beach vista and view of the cape launch pad. Less than one hour from OIA and Disney, minutes from Kennedy Space Center, the cruise ship terminals and in the heart of Cocoa Beach. You simply will not believe the beatiful view from this unit. Watch the cruise ships sail out to sea Saturday and Sunday afternoons from the balcony!

Fully furnished in Coastal Living style with full kitchen, all linens and towels. Heated pool and spa. New flat screen Cable TV’s in every room. Washer and dryer in unit. This place is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. It was a great experience and cool place to stay, it was very nice that it included all the beach toys & chairs we needed which helped reduce the packing required for our trip!

Great location and fabulous condo

My family came down for a week-long baseball tournament and this condo was they perfect getaway for us. It is always steps from the beach and the condo itself is very modern a very well equipped for a long stay. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be looking to book this condo again on our next trip to the Cocoa Beach area.

Paradise from home!

The property and unit were just what we needed after a busy few days of competitive cheer and Disney for the D1 Summit. Everything we needed was provided, the beds are comfortable and the view is amazing! Would love to stay again next year!

this property was perfect for us over the Fourth of July. The balcony provided the perfect view of the fireworks, and the property manager was extremely helpful & his communication was spectacular! We will definitely stay here again

Fun Area

This was our first time at Cocoa Beach and it was a lot of fun. Quick walk to beach, nice pool, and comfy condo! Good restaurants near by too, Jazzy's was our favorite.
