This bright, beach & vibrant unit recently renovated and is a perfect spot for your next beach getaway. Whip up a meal in the beachy white kitchen, eat together around the dining table or watch a movie on the huge living room TV. The open concept living & dining room walks out onto the south facing balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Wind down at the end of the night in the two spacious and calming bedrooms. The master has a comfortable king bed, ensuite, walk in closet and TV. The guest has a king bed, closet, TV and is adjacent to the guest bathroom.

Clean rooms and pool area. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Sofa is horrible and needs replaced. It’s torn and very old.

Great location directly on the beach, the sunset from the roof terrace is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Zareh saved my golfing experience with his course suggestions. Apartments are very clean and offer everything you can wish for. Thanks for the great time.

Zareh who manages this property is incredible. He sent information about restaurants, events in the area etc. He checked in a couple times to make sure all was well. When the battery in the smoke detector went bad and it was chirping he had someone there right away to handle it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was a little Soft for our liking but it worked. Dishwasher broke will we were ther but they replaced it rather quickly. Property and unit was very clean. Nice Pool and Beach.

Beautiful condo on the beach!
We loved our stay in Avon by the Sea! It's a beautiful condo on the beach! Everything we needed was right there from the beach chairs and umbrella to the laundry soap for the washer! It's close to many area attractions, the Pier, Kennedy Space Center and some wonderful restaurants! Jaclyn checked in with is to make sure we were all settled and had everything we needed. The whole process of checking in and out was super easy! Would definitely stay here again! ♥️

Great location for a beach vacation!
Chateau by the Sea, overall, is a great location and management company was very helpful in a timely manner. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The dog walk area needs lighting, but is convenient. Our condo was not very clean- baseboards were very dirty and there was a lot of dust in overhead bathroom vents. We called management and they sent someone right away. We did see other condos on the property and they were much cleaner.

Great location, great week
Stayed with my husband and another couple. Location, location, location! Condo was as described. Easy entry, great communication with owner, clean and stocked for the week with paper towel, toilet paper, detergents, etc. Washer and dryer was a great extra. Large TVs and wonderful heated pool. We would have liked anotger comfy chair in living room but we adapted and used the dining room table. The complex management team could use more personality. We had a gentleman become a little mire snippy than i would have liked. Were 60 ish and were getting ready to get out of the pool around 8pm (no where close to dark or dusk) and he walked thru and snapped pool closes at dusk, get your stuff. The only items we had were 2 towels and shoes. We didnt let him ruin our stay and laughed it off. He didnt have anything to say earlier when 4 teens were running aound the pool and diving in a pool too shallow for that. Other guests wete very nice and friendly and we were lucky enough to see 2 rockets take off.

This property is perfectly located on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, bars, grocery store, and steps from the BEACH! Exceptionally clean! The host was amazing!
