Welcome to Cocoa Beach! This is a 2nd floor, well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean view condo with a location that is second to none. The unit is a stone's throw from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier where there are a variety activities for all ages! * This property does not have a sofa sleeper, but we offer a comfortable air mattress.

Cocoa Beach Towers is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the Pier and the Ocean. In addition, there is a front lawn with a putting green and seating area which is perfect for viewing rocket launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! The balcony offers an amazing view of the ocean.

Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Condo
This condo was perfect. Exceptional location next to the peer and right on the beach. Short drive to cape Canaveral and within an hour of Disney and Universal. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay comfortable and everything worked. Has everything you need for a fun beach day (which saved us a lot of money as far as towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella.) Check in and check out were easy. Host was kind and easy to communicate with and even informed us of rocket launch times the week we were there. Wouldn’t have seen them if he hadn’t of mentioned it. The place is not crowded or overrun with kids. Huge balcony. Only thing that I was slightly disappointed about was that the ocean view was minimal due to trees, but you could still see some of it. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at Cocoa Beach Towers!!!
Girls trip 2022 was fabulous at Cocoa Beach Towers. Our room was extremely clean and comfy. All of the things we needed for the week were there to make our stat even easier. Great pool and the ocean access was fantastic! Great communication with the property manager and if I had any questions they were quickly addressed as well. Great Family Place!!!! I'd love to stay here again in the future.

The condo and grounds were beautiful. They had an elevator that was helpful. Close walk to the beach and pool. Restaurants were within walking distance as well as the pier and Publix. Plenty of lounges at the pool. The property had 4 beach chairs umbrellas a large cooler. I had an issue working the tv (my lack of technology) I reached out to the property manager and he responded within seconds with instructions! Kitchen had pots pans dishes glasses bowls. We were very comfortable and this will definitely be the place we stay from now on!!!

Great trip soured the end.
We enjoyed the space, the pool and such close access to the beach. The end of our trip was soured by the water being shut off for the 2 hours prior to check out. The ONLY email I didn’t receive was the one alerting us to the water shut off? So no shower, couldn’t brush teeth before we left. I did go down and see there was a paper posted in elevator which we didn’t use/see. Seems there could be a better system to alert people and perhaps not have it done the 2 hours before check out.

Great location
The AC runs great. The fridge and ranger is great. Fridge has ice crust function. The apartment is clean. The building provides 2 elevators and two stairs ways. The pool is clean and neat. There are enough sun chairs to use by the pool area. The building provides two showers stands by the beach entrance and two benches, and the water horse to clear the sand before enter the pool. The showers have strong streams. It washes beach sand away in a short time. You get clean feet before enter you appartment. Zareh respond to my concerns, issues very quickly in a day time. He gives me all instructions and information in a clear layout in an email . BTW the apartment didn't provide any oil or sugar or cream or tea bags. Pots. pans and coffee machine are not updated. Location is perfect. I would love to book for next vacation with Zareh. For me is a good Five stars .

Notre location a très bien été et la communication avec le gestionnaire a été excellente considérant que l’ouragan Nicole a eu lieu durant notre séjour (nous avons couché à Orlando durant l'ouragan). L’emplacement est en bordure de l’océan et immense piscine. Le condo est très bien tenu. Nous voulons y revenir !

Perfect for us!
This condo is located close to the beach. The living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to prepare our meals (food not included). The condo was clean. The battery in the smoke alarm signaled that it was dying. We called the property manager and someone was there within the next 30 minutes to replace all the batteries in each of the smoke detectors. So very thoughtful! This is one of our favorite places to stay in Cocoa Beach! It was perfect for us!
