Great stay
We looked at many places in Cocoa Beach. We decided to try the spot. We had a lovely time in the condo. The kids had fun at the beach the pier and the pool there are plenty of places to walk to to eat as well as some really good restaurants around.

Best place to stay in cocoa beach
The unit was spotless pool was clean and the u it was fully equipped with everything you would need. The beach is less than a minute walk. I am looking forward to booking again here.

Terrific location
A lovely condo. Not elaborately decorated, but it has everything we needed. Great location and we loved the view from our balcony: the beautiful beach and tide coming in and out. Plus picturesque sunrises. Only suggestion: have instruction available of appliances and particularly the TV!

Awesome Vacation Spot
Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Beach during the day and could walk to restaurants and bars at night. One of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the last 20yrs of coming to Cocoa Beach area. Definitely will be back!

Great location
The condo was nice and clean with a great location! We were steps from the beach and right next to the pier. We loved the deck on the roof, it allowed us to watch the rocket launch from Cape Canaveral without any obstructions. It may sound weird but I really loved the ease of the elevators!! There has always been issues with the elevators on every trip weā€™ve taken, maybe bad luck who knows. Not here! Great stay, thanks guys!

The room was newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the pier and many restaurants. View of the ocean was great. The best feature was the roof top deck. We often dances under the stars after dinner! Would definitely return

Beautiful Condo!
This is an extremely clean and tastefully decorated condo. It is located next to the pier where there is no fishing- just surfers. We loved the condo and the location- would highly recommend!!!

Great surf location
If you want to surf this location cannot be beat. You can watch the surfing from the balcony, rocket launches from the roof and you can step out to the beach to surf or play beach volleyball. This condo could be improved by the addition of cotton sheets (rather than polyester) and some simple games/puzzles or books/magazine for rainy day activities.

Nice Condo, Great View, Great Location, Musty Smell Issue
Our stay did not get off to a great start. When we arrived in 407, the unit had a very strong musty smell (like a wet basement). We tried to make the best of it but contacted the owner the next afternoon. The owner was great and allowed us to move to 306, which was better, but still had a musty smell. Because of the weather, we were able to turn the AC off and leave the patio door open, which allowed an abundance of fresh air inside. This did help dissipate the musty smell. We reported the musty smell to the owner, and he indicated they would investigate further. With all of that said, the unit is in a great location and the view is wonderful.

Wonder stay!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at ChĆ¢teau by the sea. Our condo was extremely clean inside and had up-to-date appliances and wonderful, comfy furniture. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach access right out the front door. The rooftop area is amazing! We were able to witness a rocket launch from the rooftop. Would highly recommend! Management is extremely wonderful to work with, and helped our family out with rescheduling after our flight was canceled. Definitely hope to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect
The property was exactly as described. The cleaning crew were amazing. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Communication was wonderful. They responded quickly and were extremely helpful and nice. I can't wait to go back! The location is perfect, the area is just beautiful. The rooftop is the perfect place to watch launches from! We did get to enjoy that while we were there too! Thank you for a wonderful, and much needed, vacation!

Perfect for family
This place was perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed the early sunrise from the balcony, used the kitchen for breakfast, easy walk to the beach, and accessibility to The Pier. Pool was immaculate and nice to have late in the afternoon. The chairs, umbrella, cooler, and body boards were an appreciated extra. Establishment is safe and very clean. Not to mention the roof top patio for launches!! Kelsey and the family are AWESOME! Reserving and communication was effortless. WE HAVE FOUND OUR SPOT FOR OUR ANNUAL COCOA BEACH TRIP!!!!

3rd time amazing
I really wish I could go higher on the rating but it only allows 5 stars. Kelsy and the team are so easy to work with, the condos are always well maintained, we have not had a single issue. This was our third time staying at chateau by the sea and it won't be our last. We make such great memories with my mother. My sister booked at the same time to to have a family reunion. Great time had by all and we can not wait to book again

Perfect for family of 4
This condo was exactly what was advertised and couldnā€™t have been more perfect for our stay. The condo was clean, convenient to the beach and local stores. The beach literally was less than a 5min walk and you passed the pool on your way. The pool was nice to cool off and we were able to watch the kids from the balcony. The beach amenities chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and carrying bag were in great condition and we used them all. Two full bathrooms and washer and dryer were definitely a plus. Zareh was so pleasant, responsive, and accommodating both for check in and check out. The rooftop balcony couldnā€™t have been a better place to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral! We would definitely stay again!

What a view!!
Our stay at Chateau by the Sea was wonderful. The location was perfect for easy walking to the pier and many restaurants within walking distance. In the five day stay we only drove the car twice, once to Port Canaveral for an afternoon touring the Observation Tower and eating seafood at the local restaurants. The Chateau is very well maintained and clean. The pool is large and very accommodating for people of all ages. The unit was well equipped for an easy stay. The evenings were quite and fun to sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and pier activities. We were surprised with a rocket launch one afternoon so we were able to go up on the rooftop to watch the launch. Amazing sight. Highly recommend. We will go again for sure.
