Load up the beach cart with chairs, toys and boogie boards or use the kayaks and paddle board. A short bike ride from downtown Cocoa Beach where you'll finds restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment. Or stay home and enjoy the heated pool, have a BBQ and fish off the dock.

Great property
Pefect location. Beautiful canal view with a pool. The bikes were perfect for heading to the beach and hanging around downtown.
