Lovely ocean views!

Our 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is located right on beautiful Cocoa Beach. You will enjoy ocean views with the beautiful Florida sun spilling into each room. The condo has been completely renovated with all new furniture, countertops, flooring, accessories, plus new windows and doors. It is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including beach toys. There is even a parking space just for you. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate one vehicle. Enjoy the condo patio right along the beach, private beach access, an outdoor shower for your use after a day at the beach, and on-site common laundry facilities. Our condo is in a small complex of just 22 units in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile north of Cocoa Beach Pier. The complex has two floors, and our unit is located on the second. Come and enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer!

This property was even better than the pictures. It was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and just steps from Cocoa Beach. The hosts provided everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. It is also walkable to the pier and many restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

We loved our stay here. This is the best equipped rental we have stayed at. The thoughtful extras were so appreviated. We loved the close proximity to the beach for beautiful sunrises and tocket launch viewing.

This place is terrific. It is just across the dunes from the ocean and close to lots of activities and dining. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, has everything you need for the beach and the layout is wonderful!

This was a very nice condo that was well kept and comfortable. The beach was a quick walk right off the property and lots of things to do close by. I even got to watch the SpaceX launch.

Loved our stay! Every year it is always an incredible location for our family reunion! Saw 2 rocket launches and explored local cuisine and fishing charters, and even the Garra Fish Spa! Will definitely be back next year .

Property is right on the beach, all of the beach toys and beach accessories that were available made our trip even easier than we planned, having a full kitchen was great. The property is very quiet and clean. The neighbors were great as well. Definitely will stay here again!

Great location by the beach and cozy place to stay
My family of 3 had a fantastic mini vacation! We loved that it was walking distance to the beach, clean and quite place. Perfect well equipped kitchen to prepare meals or well located near restaurants if no feeling like cooking. We loved it and hope to return again and of course we recommend it. Nice little spot - very hospitable for guests!
Great little spot on the beach. Quiet location near grocery, restaurants, and Ron Jon. Host provides so many little things in the condo to make the stay easy and hospitable for travelers. Got to watch a rocket launch from the beach out front. Space Center a short drive away. Kid enjoyed the beach and playing in the waves. Everyone wants to stay again!
