I was apprehensive to book here as my 1st VRBO. EVERYTHING went well. the condo is nice abd convenient. Next door construction was no bother. The place wasnt perfect, but was very good and exactly what we expected. Would stay here again!!

Great view needs updating
The view is great! The tv did not work. The host never returned any of my messages or phone calls. The master bath had no hot water in the shower and needs caulking terribly and there were little tiny ants in the batroom. The other bathroom had tile pieces coming off the wall along with the shower doors were coming down. It would have been nice to know they were working on the building which was my balcony as well monday through friday and that was our whole stay. Would have chose a different place if I had known work waa being done.

We had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach. The location was perfect, and the accommodations were nice. There was construction in the building so that was noisy in the morning, but we weren't there during the day. Would definitely go back and stay again.

Great location and views but not "updated"
The condo is in a great location and has great views. It needs some TLC where a leak was in the dining area ceiling, base moldings need painting, wall paint chipping, the shower has some mold on the caulk that was flaking and the door to the unit needs attention. In my opinion it hasn’t been updated like advertised. The unit is close to bars and restaurants which we really liked. We would consider staying again even with the unit needing attention.

During a stressful week this was my oasis. It was perfect for the us and will be my go to place every time I’m in the area. Wifi was dependable for two working adults, view was perfect, layout was spacious and not cluttered. Kitchen was well equipped (after all I wasn’t needing a gourmet kitchen!). property management was responsive and was not impacted by the next door construction as I feared. Can’t wait to go back!!

Nice relaxing vacation
We had a wonderful stay and look forward to staying here again. Owner was responsive and access to the unit was a breeze. There’s a large ocean front balcony with comfortable chairs and beautiful ocean view from the family room and master bedroom. The underground garage parking and elevator keeps your car cool and convenient for loading/unloading luggage/groceries. It’s located in downtown Cocoa Beach within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. It’s also near the Kennedy Space Center and we were able to see the launch of the Falcon 9 (awesome experience!). It’s an easy drive from the Orlando Airport (@ 50 miles) and a grocery store is within 2 miles. There is construction next store but didn’t bother us a bit. Sunrises from the balcony were amazing!

Condo was very clean and in great location, but VERY dated. Keys didn’t always work in door/gate, had constant battle with mini blinds to outside porch, sugar ant problem in kitchen. For as much as charge a week could stand to do some updates.

Cool Place
Cool Place in a great location. There was construction next door but it didn’t bother us at all. The beach was quiet and not too crowded. I didn’t give location a 5 star because it’s right beside a public access and a couple bars that are loud at night - it didn’t bother us AT ALL but it’s just something to consider. Communication with the owner was easy, the condo was big enough for us and the kids if we’d brought them. We’d happily stay here again.
