Boater’s dream-Banana river beach house w/dock & pool. Short walk to the beach.

This 1900 square foot house includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and pull out queen sofa. Open concept kitchen with large dinning table that seats 8. Huge paver patio with heated pool overlooking a canal on the Banana River. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit at night and take the paddle boards out in the morning. Our house is about 5-6 blocks from the beach and 4-5 blocks from local shop and restaurants including Coconuts Bar and Grill with live music and outdoor seating!

Great spot for a fun getaway!
This place was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group of 5 friends. Plenty of space, so clean and quiet location but very near happening spots in Cocoa Beach. The pool was refreshing and Stephanie has the shed well stocked with floaties and even beach chairs for when you venture to the beach. We had a great time at this house and working with Stephanie!

Great place!
This is one of those houses I hate to review because I don’t want others to know about it. It is a beautiful home and had everything we needed for our stay. It is on a canal that goes into a river. There were paddle boards that we could use and we saw manatee and dolphins. The area was quiet and an easy walk to town and ocean.

Great Location, Great Overall Stay
The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Located on the canal, with paddleboards, pool, cornhole and firepit all available. Which we took advantage of all of it. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated.

Beach getaway
This is a great property-- SO well equipped for the beach and river and within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, bars, and stores. I only live twenty miles away, but it felt like I was in another area completely. Waking up and sitting overlooking the canal was so peaceful and the kids had a great time in the pool and paddle boarding through the canals. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful stay!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The little extras made it feel like home and it had things we didn’t know we might want like fishing rods, water toys, multiple beach chairs, and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and the layout worked perfectly for us, our kids, and my dad. It was even better seeing the rocket launch from the patio. We will be back!

The location of the home was awesome nice quiet street. Having the pool was amazing for the kids to swim and get their morning and evening energy out. Only 5 minutes to the beach and plenty of parking.

Fantastic for boat and beach goers!
We had a great time. Took our boat loved the fishing. Pool and paddle boards were a blast! Cute downtown all in walking or biking distance. Highly recommend!

The house offers everything you need for a great vacation. Pool, canal front, plenty of space for entertaining, stand-ups, beach chairs, wagon and more. The only downside is the poor cleaning (recycle trash can in the kitchen was full with prior visitors’ trash, refrigerator was dirty as well all the dishes, we had to wash everything before using it).

Lovely Home
Totally enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as shown in the photo's and was perfect for my family. It was walking distance to the ocean and convenient to bars and restaurant. I would recommendation this location and would book again in the future. Thank you Stephanie for letting us book the extra day when we arrived in Cocoa Beach a day early.
