Beachfront Condo in Cocoa Beach

This unit is right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Simply walk out the sliding glass doors and you are on the ocean. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. (Sleeps up to 4 ) (plus 1 or 2 on the non pullout couches) It is located about a half mile south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and is across the street from a Publix grocery store shopping center. It is 10 minutes from Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from the Orlando airport and theme parks. You will love being right on the beach!

The condo was exactly as advertised. You can’t beat the location, it’s right on the water in a nice quiet little vacation community. The host Allan was quick to respond whenever messaged. Overall, amazing vacation away from the cold.

Home away from home
We love this place. It's right on the beach in a perfect spot. Great wake boarding, skim boarding, beginner surfing, all kids of crabs and critters to watch for the kids. Great views of rocket launches too. All in all, it's just as advertised, the host is responsive and helpful. It's a great place!

We found this condo well appointed, with everything we needed for a family stay. You won't stay any closer to the beach in Cocoa. Great value, and we'll plan on coming back.

This is the second time my friend and I stayed at this property. We came the same time last year and it is still as wonderful. We were right on the beach steps away. The house is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The accommodations are perfect. We stayed for three nights, and we wish we could’ve stayed. Thank you for the great communication and beautiful home. We could not have asked for anything better.

This condo is perfect. Everything you could want is right there. We were steps from the beach, beautiful accommodations, beautiful sunrise every morning. The host was ready and willing to answer every question I had. I wish we could have stayed longer. It truly is paradise. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and a beautiful home.

We picked a bad-weather weekend
It was not the owner’s fault that we picked a rainy, chilly weekend to go to Cocoa Beach. But I was disappointed that, when the sun did come out, there was no place to enjoy it. The yard off of the living room was in constant shade.

Great Location
The Condo has a great location being ocean front. The bare minimum household items/supplies were provided. We know that we'd have to go out a get supplies but not as soon as we arrived! Owner took care of a few problems inside in a timely manner. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach.

Great value with many amenities.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo at the Diplomat. It is as close to the beach you can get, has a nice little patio and is overall very accurate to the vrbo description and photos. Our favorite thing about this place was the extras that make vacationing so much easier.. coolers, beach chairs, beach toys etc. An area for improvement would be the beds are pretty uncomfortable and the bathtub doesn't plug, nor does the water stay hot from the tap very long. All in all, for the price and location, we loved our stay!

Underwhelmed
Well priced for the area, but you get what you pay for…I am ok with dated, but the places needs a good scrub. It is right on the ocean, but sadly suffers with a dune off the porch which mostly obstructs the view. Nice being shaded on the porch in the afternoon which made it perfect for reading and listening to the waves. It was great to watch a rocket launch from right outside the doors. Not being able to look the porch door from the outside is frustrating and would be a nice perk given it is ground level.

Condo dirty A/C problems and tub drain clogged
Location is a 10 out of 10. However, entered condo a/c would not go lower than 77. Handyman did not come until next day. We had to follow up with owner to find out when he was coming. First time to use the tub it would not drain. Call owner again. Did not hear back from him until the next day when we again had to follow up. Handyman can could not get drain to flow. We checked out without the tub drain working. Nothing like waiting on maintenance to come the entire vacation.

Quick weekend getaway

Quick Beach Stop
The condo was very clean and organized when we arrived. and the directions were easy for entering. The location was great and not busy. The condo complex looks worn down, but the inside of Allan's condo was perfect! We are beach people so we did not use the swimming pool or the laundry room or the picnic area but we loved the beach. You cannot see the beach from the ground floor condo because of the shrubbery, but that did not bother us for this quick stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome weekend at the beach!!

This property was very clean and comfortable and so convenient to get to beach literally just open the patio door and walk 100 feet to the beach. Allan was very prompt to answer my Emails and was very easy to check in and out. We definitely recommend staying at this condo. I will let friends and family about this property.
