We have extremely high-quality cleaning staff, hotel-grade linen service, and a full staff to tend to any issue that arises in order to keep your stay comfortable and trouble-free.

This large beach house is located ½ block from the ocean and in the center of all the Cocoa Beach action where you can walk to the Pier, and walk to Ron Jon. This comfortable beach house features 5 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths with two kitchens, a formal dining area, a kitchen island, and three TV/sitting areas. There is plenty of space for your family to cook, dine, and hang out with others or by themselves making it perfect for extended family gatherings like reunions or other family celebrations. The large fenced-in backyard has a heated pool with an elegant, built-in hot tub, and outdoor gas grill. There is a covered lanai to shelter those that prefer to get away from the sun. It's the perfect setting for family BBQ's and fun by the pool. You are located exactly half-way between the Cocoa Beach Pier, and Ron Jon Surf shop; an easy walk to either of them, or the many area restaurants. You are also a short drive to great family fun like the Kennedy Space Center (see a space shuttle up close or an even more immense rocket via the free bus ride once you're inside the park), Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Springs, the outlet malls, and Orlando International Airport.
