This house is so beautiful, clean and has everything you need. It’s close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Perfect vacation spot!

We loved the space the house offered. Short walk to the beach. Wagon and Chairs were bonus.

Perfect Beach Cottage
Wendy is an awesome host and this is our all time favorite location. Great amenities and so close to beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This is our second stay and we can’t wait to come back again.

Quick beach get away

Spectacular “near the beach” property
Absolute perfection - less than .2 miles to the beach and the home was better than the awesome photos! Great location, great host - house had everything. Can’t wait to stay again, we all loved it.

This house was very close to the beach so we could just walk there in 5 minutes The host had everything that we could hope for and the house was clean and decorated so well. What a great place to stay!!

Stayed here before a cruise. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Wendy was a quick responder. Can walk to many restaurants and a grocery store . Could of easily stayed there all week, instead of the cruise.

This property was spacious. We were a A family of 4 and we were never on top of one another. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The place was also convenient to both Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. We also saw 3 rocket launches during our week. A great value,

A gem
So cute, so well thought out, at every turn there was a detail that was thought of. Location was so perfect, great size and plenty of areas to spread out and have space. We have stayed at countless VRBO's all over the US and this one was one of the best thought out and most impressive Not because it is flashy, but because it just seems to have everything a visitor to Cocoa Beach could want in the comfort of a home.

Awesome Host / Awesome Property
From the moment we arrived Wendy made us feel so very welcome. The conditions of the property were absolutely perfect. She was also very helpful throughout our entire stay with restaurant recommendations And sharing information about other properties in the area. We will definitely return to this location. We would also recommend any friends or family to work with Wendy she is truly a pleasure. My kids are already begging to go back.

Everything you need!!
We had a great stay! Wendy was very helpful and responsive. This rental has everything you would want or need at a property. Besides a well equipped kitchen the shed has anything you would need heading to the beach. We loaded up the cart and in a short time we were all set up at the beach with chairs, umbrellas and coolers!! We will be back!!

Perfect place to unwind and spend time together
This house was perfect. It was just around the corner from the beach and also within walking distance to yummy restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Beds were comfy. The A/C was amazing, with a unit and controls in each room so we could each choose our favorite sleeping temperature. The shed out back is full of everything you need for the beach. Lots of beach towels and soft bath towels. The screened patio has a fan and protection from the elements as well as a TV with lots of channel choices. We spent a lot of our time in here. Wendy is awesome to work with. We really felt like this was a bargain! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach House
Great beach home. Property is in a prime location. Wendy was very nice. Atmosphere around the home was great. A lot of restaurants around. Poke Fin is a must try! Easy parking. Love the option of 2 patios. Little porch gators (geckos) running around out back. They were funny. Really a nice relaxing vacation! VERY CLOSE to the beach literally a 3 minute walk.

House was not like the online pictures. When your rent is that high, you should get a larger space, a TV that gets regular channels, floors that don't stub your toes and the WIFI and passwords written correctly on the wall sign. Most of the thresholds were different heights and the main floor sloped. We are over 70 and if we had known about the floors, we never would have rented it. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very tight.

The house is set up perfectly for guests. Cozy, close to the beach, conveniently located to stores/restaurants, plus 2 outdoor sitting areas. Would definitely go back!
