The staff are so friendly and helpful. They gave me some water as I arrived as I was melting and lots of help during my stay. "The Palazzo is a very well designed spa resort in a pretty area with excellent dining options. The staff is generally friendly and very helpful and we had excellent dinners and massages. The maitre d in the restaurant in the mornings was very good natured and helpful in providing me with take out coffee for my wife who likes to stay in bed to drink her coffee.
