Shawnee National Forest, Trail of Tears State Forest, Cedar Lake, Pomona Natural Bridge, and other scenic places.
Spacious 4-bedroom home with sleeping arrangement for six.

Not allowed in the house: pets, smoking, shoes
Please keep the environment clean for your safety.

The Space
It is a simple yet safe environment with a beautiful surrounding area. It is close to Shawnee National Forest. Beautiful 6 acres of land. Quiet and kind neighbors. The nearest big city is Carbondale and Anna. It provides you plenty of privacy and yet access to Walmart, Pizza Hut, and other conveniences within 15 minutes drive.

Guest Access:
Basement, big barn outside the house and detached garage outside the house is excluded from the listing.

Other things to note:
Please respect the area, neighborhood, and noise level.

Please don't trash other than the trash cans provided.

Just OK
The property itself was ok. It was listed as "minimalistic" which was true; 4 plates/glasses, mini-fridge which couldnt hold a bag of ice or small pizza box. Only 1 small tv. Very irritating that $195 cleaning fee, when requested to remove shoes indoors and the wood floor wasnt even clean as well as I am expected to do the laundry ..cmon?!? Was difficult communicating with host.
