Great place, nothing fancy but safe and cheap
The room was a great size, air conditioner super cold! Beds were comfy but there were a lot of stains all over the bathroom possibly mold.. otherwise this place was great! Parking was secure and safe, don’t let the naysayers out there dissuade you from visiting Coatzacoalcos, it’s safe if you’re smart about times and locations! We had an absolute blast here!

I liked the area where the hotel is located. I liked the room arrangement shown in pictures and the amenities described. I didn't like the conditions the room had when I entered it. I entered the room late at night and the room was humid and wet all around the floor and walls. There was as strong odor to humidity or chemicals from the kitchen. On top of that, there was a strong continuous noise, all the time, coming from behind the ceiling, which looks like it was from an AC unit or so, which made us have a very bad sleep.

Hotel room different than in picture. Specifically, bed type and flooring. Room was not fully clean. Lots of wear and tear and rust on floor near bed posts. Hallways and elevator floor needed to be mopped.

Location is great, but this place doesn’t offer the minimum essentials, like enough towels, toilet paper, iron and board, hangers for clothing, reception staff not very helpful about all the needs that we had, bathroom shower horrible, you barely get water to shower, slippery shower floor as well, elevator kind of scary, that sound that makes is scary, etc. Not a good experience

Me encanta hospedarme aquí. Es genial tener un refrigerador, horno de microondas y parrilla donde puddas preparar todos tus alimentos. Además, las habitaciones son muy amplias y la cama es muy cómoda. 10 de 10.

El hotel es pensando para estancias grandes, es barato pero no te realizan limpieza cada día, mencionaron que solo te limpian una ves cada 8 días. Y no dan jabón y shampoo. No hay más cobijas, solo una sábana y una manta.

En terminos generales nos trataron bien. Cuando llegamos creimos que nuestra hija se podia quedar con nosotros y no nos pudieron cambiar de habitacion, tuvimos que alquilar otro cuarto. Hay mucha humedad en la habitación. Y la limpieza solo si cumples una semana te hacen limpieza. Y como solo estuvimoa 5 dias pues no nos hicieron limpieza, Llegue con gripe a casa. El Guardia del hotel siempre super amable nos ayudo en todo lo que le pedimos. Gracias. Estuvimos del 28 de Dic. Al 2 de Enero/25 en toral alquilamos 6 habitaciones
