"Richard and all of his family and staff helped coordinate things for months to allow my husband and I to have the best wedding! We had family and friends stay at the house with us and Richard allowed us to visit the property a few times before our stay to walk the property and allow our tent rental property to find the best spot for our tent. The grounds are well kept, the alpacas really are friendly, and the house was big enough to accommodate our needs. I would definitely recommend and come...

"We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"Fabulous place. Stayed here for a girls getaway. Loved every part of the property. Quiet, clean, exceptional condition, all in all - I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Hostess went above and beyond to communicate and make sure we were comfortable. The extras that she does like homemade bread, wine, fresh eggs, etc made a wonderful stay that much better. Highly recommend!!"

It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! "This was our second time staying here. We totally enjoyed the scenery in spring and again, in winter. Surrounded by pines and a variety of mature trees with a beautiful pond, we enjoyed the privacy as well as the hot tub and wood cackling in the fireplace! The house is very comfortable with antique country style decor and finishes as well as the fully stocked kitchen and very comfy bed. Very clean and a genuine log home! We look forward to enjoying the house in fall! We highly recommend! "
