"We thought that the location was good. Comfy beds. Black around bottom edges of shower need a good clean and the heater was noisy when it was turned on. Our check in was fantastic. The First Nation lady at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful. A completely different experience at check out. A different lady. Not one word came out her. Just handed me the receipt and went about her business. Over all we enjoyed our stay. "

"Alert Bay is a very nice very scenic costal community with lots of history. Gordie’s is right in the middle of it all, right on the water with excellent views of the ocean, sunsets are incredible.
