The Space:
Located within the gated community of The New Vineyards, guests are offered an unparalleled resort experience complete with swaying palm trees and meticulously landscaped grounds. Take advantage of the resort's amenities, including two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, BBQ areas, a cozy firepit, clubhouse, and a well-equipped fitness room. If you're traveling with an RV, you'll find a parking space available for your convenience.
Away from the home, you’ll be just 10 minutes from downtown Coachella, filled with a wide variety of shopping and dining for all your needs. Head into the greater Palm Springs area to spend your afternoons strolling the chic El Paseo district, known as the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert," where designer boutiques, art galleries, and upscale dining await at every turn. Practice your swing at one of several lush golf courses nearby, each offering challenging fairways and greens set against unbelievable backdrops.
The home’s bright and modern interior has everything you need to maximize your downtime, complete with contemporary furnishings and sophisticated décor. Sink back into plush sofa seating while you sip on your morning coffee or break out that new book you’ve been saving, the fireplace providing a cozy ambiance in the cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and warm wood cabinetry for storing all your snacks alongside provided cookware and dining ware. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• This is a studio for 2 with a sleeper sofa/fold out couch.
• Garage and driveway parking available for 2 vehicles OR RV + 1 vehicle parking also available.
• Dog friendly! Maximum 2 Dogs, 40 lbs. or less allowed. An additional flat Pet Fee of $150 will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet. ( Please note, this unit does not allow Cats. )
• Fireplace is not available for guest use.
The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A short 35-40 minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for.
Guest Access:
A QR code will be issued to whomever is financially responsible for the reservation and to be scanned when entering and exiting complex. Please ensure to send your email address and phone number in order to receive the QR code to access community, otherwise, we will utilize contact information from reservation.
Other Things to Note:
- No parties or loud music.
- All noise must be contained after 9PM and not before 8AM. There are some full time residents that will call the police after and or before the cut off time slot. We respectfully ask that all guests practice common courtesy during the quiet hours of 9PM -8AM.
-For Security purposes, HOA has asked that we have your vehicle ID, Make, year, color and license plate number/State. If you're renting a car, you can provide this information once you have it. All information can be provided to guest services.
- On the 15th of each month there will be a street sweeper cleaning all streets. Parking is not permitted on streets, so ensure all vehicles are parked in garage or on side of unit.
