"Good position near the seafront within easy walking distance from the marina and town centre. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious with a sea view and the buffet breakfast had everything we needed. If we return to Exmouth we would stay here again "

"Wonderfully close to the promenade and the pretty town of Sidmouth. Most people had a cooked breakfast rather the a basic continental. Requests are available such as yoghurt. Lovely gardens with plenty of seating scattered around. Car parking a bit tight. We had the Duke Room which I would highly recommend. Excellent en-suite but a bit of scrub “under the rim on the toilet” required. We look forward to going again."
