"Wonderful stay at The Royal Victoria Hotel. Excellent location in Llanberis to take advantage of the walking trails available in the area. Our room was extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfasts plentiful and nourishing. And the dinners, which we took in the bar area, were delicious. Would highly recommend for visitors to the area. "

"Nice clean family room, exactly as the pictures showed, perfectly functional room. Nice breakfast, served until 10 , which is nice if you’re a bit lazy in the morning! Great location, bang in the middle of town , 10 mins walk to the castle, and plenty of pubs and restaurants. The bar prices were quite steep (£7.35 a pint!!) but the cocktails were reasonably priced. There’s plenty of options in town. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is the pool area. It’s really wonderful, beautifully tiled, nice and big, we were there during half term and it wasn’t too busy. We really liked library aswell, very cosy with its big setees"

"A delightful hotel, at once both old-fashioned and modern. A very pleasant Reception and an excellent restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Slept well in a very comfortable room - (although I would have liked one 'soft' pillow). And all in all the hotel was central to a very pleasant weekend."
