One of the rooms does share a jack and jill bathroom with the third bedroom, and that is also the only downstairs bathroom (that has to be entered through a bedroom). "Upside is this rental is downtown, the downside is that it is across the street from a loud bar. Noise from the Bar IX lasts into the wee hours of the night; we stayed mid-week and was glad we weren’t there on a weekend. Furnishings are a mix of cheap and sturdy. Bed in room on the street seems to have 2 mattresses pushed together, middle of the bed has an uncomfortable seam/lump. "This condo is well furnished and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of downtown and easy access to main roads and the highway. It was quiet and comfortable and is right next to a beautiful park."

"Very clean and well stocked. Comfy beds. Easy walk to town and excellent responsiveness from host. The second bedroom only accommodates a bed and night stand and has no door (just a curtain for privacy). The patio overlooks a parking lot, but otherwise is a nice relaxing space.
