"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. "Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"Can’t recommend enough. Size and amenities of the holiday flat are fantastic, the hospitality of the hosts is outstanding and we loved all the farm animals, especially Maya the dog and the ducks. Not far (15min) drive to the ski area Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis which has a lot to offer, especially for families - we lived the night show, night skiiing, fondue and night sledging. Thank you for everything, Frau Maas!"
